This company is an absolute shame! I ordered 8 (!) dresses from their webshop but first of all, the dresses arrived 2 months after I paid them. I honestly taught I wasn't ever going to seem them. Once I got the dresses I was SO dissapointed! The quality is so cheap that nobody would wear them. I truly do believe that dresses on the website are not the same dresses that I received. Of course I wanted to return the dress and get my money back but they said they couldn't give the full price back to me. Ok, I still wanted to return the dresses so I did. It costed me a lot to return them to the adress they gave me and I NEVER saw my money back. I contacted them several times and they constantly said I needed to have patience.. THIS IS A SHAME

Items were faulty and poorly made. I sent pictures, asking for a refund and was told that in order to get a refund, despite the items being faulty, I had to pay to return them to China. I paid, returned the items and then several weeks later contacted them with proof of delivery for a refund. They have consistently said that the items have not arrived, despite my having given proof of delivery and arrival. I still have no refund. This company is an absolute sham

Worst experience on an online shop ever.
It doesn't look as in the pictures anymore and the materials are awful.

It take ages to arrive and for sure there is no free shipping. The customer service replied to me several times saying they will return a little part of the money but they never did!

Items look NOTHING like the photo, took months to arrive and the quality of the fabrics were awful. Had to send the items back to China, (which was already expensive) in order to get a refund. They received the package 6 weeks ago and my refund has not been done yet. I even had to cancel one of the items I ordered because when I received all the other items this one was not ready to be shipped yet.

Do NOT order from CKdress. My shipment took months to deliver. Once I received the shipment, each piece was poor quality and some items were not even what I ordered. Not to mention, their customer service is a NIGHTMARE. They take forever to respond, and do not even answer your questions. They were not going to let me return the items, even though they have a return policy. Now, I am waiting on a refund, and they are only going to give me a portion of the total without any reason. Lastly, they are now telling me my refund will take "20 or more" days to process. This place is a joke, and I cannot stress it enough... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

One star is too high of a review for this company. Horrible customer service. We sent back a dress within all of their many, many, many rules/regulations and have still not received credit for the return. Has anyone perused legal action?

This company is a scam, they operate under multiple 'company' names, if you are unlucky enough to actually receive a product you paid for, it will not be of a quality you can actually wear.

First of all they take forever to send it out, only after I asked, they were sending it out. The dresses don’t look like in the fotos, the quality is really bad. The customer service is not helpful. Since they are in China it is really expensive to send it back.

THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER! I ordered a dress and its been well over a month, guess what...no dress. I've emailed them several times and never receive an email or anything back. And now im out of $$ and patience for people like this.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a dress 2 months ago and still haven't received it. Asked for a refund and they won't give it to me. The tracking information is unhelpful. DO NOT purchase from them.

We need to have this company shut down. It is a complete scam. The order does no come for several weeks and once it does they stall for any type of return. The most pathetic product ever!!! DO NOT ORDER from them,!!!!!! I am going to research to see what we can do to shut them down.

Dress I ordered was terrible. Looked like a child made it in home economics.
Had no labels....just awful.
Customer service no help.

I would prefer not to give a star! Worst customer service I have ever experienced: (Write me the same every day and do not even apologize for your mistake, 2 clothes not delivered, but the money was cashed! NEVER again !!!

I never got my dresses they took my money and I am almost positive that they stole my credit card and completely scammed me. Do not order from this website it is an absolute disgrace to the dress community especially because I make dresses for a living and mine are good quality and not a scam they are always perfect. I ordered two dresses which took over a month to come in. Not to mention the poor quality that ever so slightly resemble what shows on their website. This place is a SCAM. Run away and run fast

This is a scam for sure! Do not buy anything from them! My dress was supposed to be like a rust-orange color and it was a horrible neon orange and the fabric was literally a grocery bag. Not sure if I'm getting any money back but this whole website is a scam.

Don’t ever shop on this website!! I received a dress that looks NOTHING like what is represented on their site. The color doesn’t match, the fabric on the tag is not the same as described on the site. It’s cheap, poorly made and looks like a 30 cent item even though it cost $30. The customer service is terrible! I wrote to them explaining the situation and they told me they could refund me $9 or I can take my own time and money to send the dress back even though this is not the item I ordered. They took no responsibility for the error and it seemed as if a robot was responding to my emails. I am currently going on 9 days with this back and forth issue with them. Not to mention they don’t respond for three days sometimes. I repeat NEVER shop on this site! You will be throwing your money away!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not trust. This website is a scam. Save your money for more reputable sources.

Terrible customer service. I requested to cancel the order the same day I placed it due to lack of any (good or bad) reviews - online they say you will not be charged if your order was cancelled within 24 hours, yet I have been fully charged. My multiple emails sent to them regarding my purchase/cancellation were never answered, only to receive an email nearly 3 weeks later saying the items had been shipped.

Would not recommend whatsoever.
