Craftsman Kitchens and Millwork Ottawa CKMINC.ca Awful

We dealt with Kyle at CKM (Craftsman Kitchens and Millwork) in Ottawa who was recommended by our decorator, Susan Bryson. The work was straightforward: new countertop, painting, new exhaust fan, new cooktop, some tracklights, and a custom desk. The price was not cheap and the estimate was 4 to 6 weeks. It took 12 weeks, communication was terrible, often no answer to queries, and then the final bill was wrong - he overcharged for the cooktop. He also claimed that a bunch of work was "extra". Don't ever use this company or Kyle and if you do, get a detailed contract list of everything and expect delay and obfuscation.
