Never any BS - if you want help with anything regarding the service they answer quick and everything is CLEAR - i needed to change my telphone number, NO BIG DEAL, took like 10min and it was changed . needed to change mail associated with the account, again no PROBLEM at ALL! Just SMOOTH SAILING with CL!

I’m very satisfied with the CL Card (Crypto Life). I actively use the virtual card with Apple Pay, and it works smoothly. I can confidently recommend it to everyone looking for a reliable and convenient solution.

I contacted Crypto Life Card support after cancelling an order with Allzone.es because the product was not being shipped and there were significant delays.

Although I cancelled the order, the merchant later informed me that they were “technically unable” to process the refund back to my original payment method due to limitations in their payment gateway. Instead, they instructed me to initiate a chargeback through my card issuer.

Crypto Life Card handled the situation professionally. They requested the necessary documentation, reviewed my communications with the merchant, and submitted the case to Mastercard for investigation.

The process was clearly explained, and the case was handled properly under standard chargeback procedures. After the investigation, the full amount was refunded to my account.

I appreciate that they treated the matter seriously and followed the correct process, even though the issue originated with the merchant and not with the card service itself.

Overall, a reliable support experience and a satisfactory resolution.

Company seems to be under financial problems, not allowing customers (verified) to withdraw funds, they just sit there in pending status with no timeline when services are going to be restored.
A whistleblower post today on Reddit says the company has a £14m black hole of missing money, many members of staff left, and nothing but a skeleton staff remaining manually processing payments with an increasing backlog that's just not getting processed.

Funds deposits usually clear within 2-3 minutes, but now backed up by at least a week.

I can no longer trust the platform and won't be adding any more money and have destroyed the debit card.

Alternatives are not under such chaotic and dishonest management and seem the best option, I have considered my funds as stolen by the platform and don't have much hope in a sudden streak of honesty.

Baanx seems to be close to a winding up order as it can no longer meet it's financial obligations, with a collapsing Ponzi of customer deposits being used to pay off other customer withdrawals, and now the deposits have run out.

I've asked the regulator to step in, and notified my MP as it is not right that such a Ponzi can be still taking money from customers knowing they are insolvent.

Crypto sent to these scammers has not been credited to my account for days. Support just send out generic emails asking for more time due to "systemic maintenance",

This isn't a serious player in the crypto industry. Banks would be fined by the ombudsman which is where I am sending my complaint about them. Too many times this has happened now, it's normal to send money to your card because you want to buy something and then the money never arrives or takes days to appear on the balance.

Support is woeful, it is like talking to chat GPT with a 24 hour delay between replies, and in many cases they don't bother responding at all.

I've had it with them. Closed my account, cut up the card, and am warning EVERYONE on social media and in trading groups to AVOID THE CRYPTO LIFE CARD BY BANXA.

*Edit* A nonsense response trying to blame bank processing times for **CHECKS NOTES** An on-chain USDT transfer to the card that took 5 days to appear despite repeated contact requests and the transfer having hit and confirmed in their internal wallets within 4 minutes. Each day being told it will be resolved "within a few hours" each time they take a day to respond each sentence to the support request.

Disgusting treatment of other people's money, you would have a more productive response with chat GPT lying and hallucinating conversations.

Veriff their KYC company sucks. Ihave done kycs in less than t minutes with other companies then on their system all they say is my internet connection is not working and my camera sucks... I have read some horror stories on this sight. I thank all you poor souls who have lost funds. If this is a self custody card how come they close, freeze your assets and ask where you got the money? I wanted this to work but aparently self custody means you cant do shit when we take your money. You can just offramp your cryptos in like 5 min to your bank account from ledger. This whole bs is loss of funds loss from illegal transactions then you who got stolen from must cover the loss. This goes against everything self custody crypto standa for in my opinion.

Same problem as many people. Submit the documents, then nothing happened. Account was rejected and funds frozen. No reason given. I have cards with multiple top crypto platforms, where they ask for more information (proof of funds etc.). Here they ask for little and then decide with no reason to not accept your accout.

Why? What have i done wrong?

You Can not Trust this company. I have CL Card Account by Ledger. Sudently my Account is under review for No reason. And i can not withdraw My funds anymore.... I wrote to Them And here is the answere i gog from Them:

The CL card is working very well for all types of crypto.
Only we can use 5 crypto with the card, that’s a bad point, because if it’s not in our top 5 we need to exchange. But ok, it’s working good.
The support is very helpful and quick. I had a transaction in double, they fixed it in 5 minutes, thanks to Alfredo from the support!!
