She genuinely cares about giving me a realistic style that I will actually adore and can maintain.

Her pricing is fair, the environment is comfortable, and she never rushes. She explains everything she is doing and the conversations are always wonderful. On top of her amazing styling skills, her customer service is unmatched. I recently bought a product from her, and when the spray bottle turned out to be faulty, she exchanged it two days later with absolutely no questions asked. During the exchange, she even took extra time to check in on how my new haircut was settling and gave me fantastic tips on how to care for my curls on non wash days. I truly appreciate her so much!

Callie really took her time to figure out what i wanted and she didnt rush things at all! It was nice to get a dry cut for my curls as i haven't found many people who will cut my hair that way. I will definitely be returning

I have gotten service with Callie before. Anytime I needed to contact her about my appointment or availability, I would get no response. It's impossible to get in contact with her. This time around, I booked my appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. I noticed my appointment was still “pending” the day before the scheduled appointment. I contacted her via text and phone to see if we were still suitable for the appointment. I received no response from either end. On the day of the appointment, I received a notification that the appointment was not approved with no reason or response. I am disappointed, being that I've been to her multiple times. The least I could've gotten was communication. I dislike doing these types of reviews, but the way this situation was handled was shady and unprofessional.
