The Cladding Store Reviews 

This rating is for quality of product rather than the service which warranted a higher rating. Cladding is poorly ‘printed’ with gaps on the edges so base colour show through at joins. If white probably wouldn’t matter but the base that red sparkle in on is lighter red. This is a cheap product and I got what I paid for. Only about half were fit for purpose.
Edging okay but expensive.

Having spent a great deal of time looking in shops and online for quality shower panels at an affordable price, I was happy to finally find the Cladding Store. They had exactly what I needed at less the half the average price of the same products I'd been looking at. As the order was (just) over £99, they also gave free delivery which given the size and weight of the items, was brilliant.

I ordered on Wednesday at 4:00pm expecting the panels to arrive next week. I had a phone call the following day at 3:00pm saying they would be delivered at 7:00pm that evening!! I was emailed a tracking link which displayed the driver's location live on 1-minute updates. He called at 6:53pm to say he was 5 minutes away (which I already knew as I'd been stalking him....) and he arrived at 6:58pm. His depot was 80 miles away too. Absolutely outstanding service, great products, and excellent prices. It takes something out the ordinary to make me review, so I've no hesitation in recommending this supplier whatsoever. 🙂

Only comment I have is the beading that came is taped together in a bundle. Getting the tape & stickiness off, is a job on its own,

Very fast service, unfortunately didn't have everything in stock that I wanted. The product is of good quality. Experience was only let down by the courier.

Nice finish and great pricing

The product is exactly as expected but the delivery was terrible.
Dropped off at 06.38 outside my workplace door on the floor in the rain....come on. The packaging was wet through because the factory opens at 8am!
Fortunately the goods are plastic and only needed drying down.
I do need more of these but will have to consider other suppliers. Please try harder!

Great service. But delivery tracking poor. Turns on at 6 in the evening, no time given for delivery arrives at 8.30 that night.
