What a set of ..... they sent no invoice to billing address and sent the full payments details and prices to my customer on the delivery address. All trims came badly packaged and panels came with packaging tape all over them that I get off. Unhappy!

For the price not bad at all bit sharp and britle after cutting and trim wad britle but would buy again

quality product but will not join grout to grout when put on wall,but if you put grout half way on each piece then it works and looks great

Lovely panels, arrived well protected. Good value for money. Ordered the same grey marble effect ones twice but the second batch was darker in colour. This would have been a problem but were used in a separate room although I would have preferred a consistent colour. However, this is a manufacturing issue.

Easy to order and I received free postage (for over £100) even though I live in a slightly contentious postcode area (IV36)
The order was delivered within a week and when I opened it, was very pleased that the quality was better than expected

This has been an absolute Nightmare transaction. This company are selling on eBay and do not care one iota for their customers. They are using XDP for their deliveries and the company are supplying false tracking and delivery updates. I am still waiting for an order after waiting in 2 days for non existent deliver attempts. The company are entering false information into their system and this Cladding company go along with it. They entered 2 attempted deliveries when I was in both days and have now informed ebay that I have had my delivery when in actual fact I have not. I am at my wits end with this company and I wish I had never clapped eyes on it . I have opened a case with Ebay but I think there is little chance of me getting my money back if The seller is insisting I have received my goods. Its been a nightmare from start to finish both with The Cladding Store and XDP All I can do is hope but I will never recommend this company or deal with it again myself I have lost money because I bought goods in good faith without realising that I was dealing with a disreputable company

VERY QUICKLY DELIVERED AND NOT ONE DAMAGED.

Pleased with quality & price of the white gloss panels. Original delivery packaging afforded the panels little protection & when they arrived unexpectedly, the delivery driver damaged some panels when leaving them over the back fence. However the Cladding store were most apologetic & replacement sent immediately - packaging much better & I was notified of approx delivery time.

Turned around an urgent order within 24hs which enabled me to complete the job on time. Great service and would recommend every time.

Order was short, but they rectified straight away.

Initially got our order wrong and did rectify it within a few days. Delayed our bathroom fitters at our cost. We were so glad to get the last of our panels and get the bathroom finished that we left it at that. The panels are beautiful and worth the wait and cost.

Problems with payment on website but other than that 5 stars had it next day and exactly what we needed. Also v. reassuring on the phone too. Will use again.
