Bought 5 x 3m panels online, including $125 delivery to metro Sydney. A week later contacted by customer service with 2 options: free delivery to a depot 6km away or pay an additional $200 for delivery to door. I opted for a refund, for which I was charged $25 for processing! Overall, very poor experience.
They are not a decking company that sell cladding - the real deal! They are very serious about quality and service but always keen to have a laugh!! I have felt with so many bloody suppliers for my house - this was the only one I reviewed because their standard is that much better .
They understand the value of people and time, it was just so easy I almost laughed about why others make it so hard. It’s cladding - screw it into the wall… job done . My naivety is probably due to the fact that behind the scenes this team of operators are working on making life easy for me. Oh and the last thing / ask a question … get an answer (from a human who is definitely not reading a script but rather knows what the answer is). They are remarkable !
