Claimer were amazing from start to finish. They run an app based business which is so straight forward. In addition, they have spent time with me on the telephone and nothing is rushed. I would recommend to everyone to use this company. Simply amazing.

As a SME director I had looked into numerous services to help with an R+D claim. The majority of them turned us down due to our claim being too small, the rest tried to charge an extortionate amount.

Then I was advised to try Claimer, and after a very positive initial meeting the rest was handled fantastically. Every member of the team with whom I interacted was helpful and considerate, and guided us through the process. Any concerns I had were answered quickly, and once the report was lodged I didn't have to worry about a thing.

Easy to work with, very responsive and vastly cheaper than anyone else we spoke to!

We researched attempting an R&D claim ourselves and quickly realised it was a specialised field needing expert knowledge. Even our accountants didn't want to do it themselves!

Checked a few companies who offered it as a service, Claimer were the most responsive and extremely helpful from the initial enquiry - I opted to try them and they remained that way throughout. They understood the project, confirmed the unique points and wrote an excellent technical analysis for the claim which I'm pleased to say was just accepted and granted in full by HMRC.

There is simply no way we could have done this ourselves, and I'm very impressed with their speed, skill and knowledge in their field.

It's a very good service. It's the easiest way to do an R&D claim in my view - especially if you have Xero integrated as they take all of your payments directly from there. They were initially quite slow to get everything done but then made up for it once they got on it.

Excellent and speedy service, the self-serve dashboard makes preparing the claim simple, and the process for finalising the details and reports was detailed and conducted by knowledgeable experts in technical and tax areas. Claim was processed quickly, comms was excellent, can't speak highly enough of this service.

We went through the R&D tax credit process for the very first time with Claimer this past fiscal year. Despite our inexperience with the process, their platform and support made it a very straightforward and clear experience - The instructions were thorough and provided good examples, and their support line made it easy to ask anything I wasn't entirely certain about. We successfully received the tax credit reimbursement we were expecting, and we plan to use Claimer again this year. Thanks for all the help!

Great experience - saved us thousands compared to using a traditional accountancy firm, and Claimer were able to give us specific advise about our claim with a drastically reduced turnaround time.

Claimer really helped me to understand the full process (first time R&D claimer here!), the were very patient while I finalised company accounts before calculating our R&D expenses, and they promptly paid the claim balance when successfully received. I will continue to work with them. Great experience, I highly recommend.
