After months & months of searching for a trusted jeweler. I came across Clairamor! Cameron & his team have went above & beyond with this whole process. I asked a significant amount of questions to ease my worries & Cameron had an answer for everything with timely responses! I’ve never thought this process would be as easy as it was. The patience, care, and overall experience with Clairamor has been nothing short of amazing. I’m so happy I joined their family & am excited for my special day to come & show my girlfriend her dream ring.

Rarely do I ever leave reviews but the people here are very nice, they respond quickly and keep you updated throughout your ring purchase process. The website is very easy to use. At the time of this review I ended up getting a free pair of lab grown diamond earrings for my fiancé (who doesn’t like something free!) I highly recommend this company.

Jenny and Abby were a joy and remarkably easy to work with. Everything about the ring is amazing quality and look forward to doing future business, as well as recommending to others.

Communication was great! The updates from Jenny and Abby were informative and the time estimates were spot on. The ring is exactly what I ordered, and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm glad I found Clairamor, both for the value and quality. I'm excited to see this company grow, they deserve every accolade.

They were incredible to work with Abby was incredibly helpful. I came in not knowing much about building out an engagement ring, but they answered all my questions and gave me options that were in my budget! They responded quickly and even when I got the sizing wrong, I was able to resend it and get it resized for free because I was within the 100 day time frame. The customer service is unparalleled which makes the whole process a breeze. Clairamor has a great selection and price point for custom rings which means I was able to get exactly what I knew my girlfriend (now fiancée) wanted at a fair price. Had the most amazing experience working with Jenny and the team! Jenny was sooo patient with the back and forth on the design and the ring is absolutely stunning!!! I get so many compliments on it and I’ll love it and cherish it forever!!! It was super fast turn around too on the customization and we wanted to get a stone cut to our specification and the team was so quick with it all! The experience has been wonderful. I had a tight due date, within a month and a half and they were able to get the job done. My fiancée was jaw dropped and over the moon. The final product and care taken in each step were very much appreciated.

Purchased an engagement through Clairamor after seeing their socials. Was a bit hesitant about ordering a ring online but I was tired of everyone in stores trying to upsell or persuade me to get a ring that I didnt need. I had an idea in mind and was discouraged about how to design a ring without all the presets that websites have. After speaking on numerous occasions with a clairamor representative. We were able to work alongside each other to meet my thoughts on the designs and details I wanted. When I first glanced at the ring upon arrival, I was amazed. However when my now fiance first glanced it, I knew her expressions told a thousand ways of excitement. Would definitely recommend them to any others. They even offer free re sizing which was definitely needed and used per a local jewelers error.

I cannot recommend Clairamor enough! The jewelry on their site is absolutely gorgeous, my engagement ring is perfection and everything I dreamed of, such good quality gold and my diamond is stunning and sparkly. The customer service is also impeccable and very personable. My fiancé was able to very easily communicate with the staff throughout the whole process, and I had the same great experience emailing with the staff (shout out to Abby) who helped me with any questions I had. They even gave us this insane offer, and sent me a gorgeous gold and diamond bracelet for free. Both my engagement ring and the bracelet came with appraisals. I’m so glad we chose Clairamor for such an important and special occasion!

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Clairamor for all of your engagement ring needs! Cameron did a free, virtual consultation with my fiancé and me and he was very diligent about finding out exactly what we wanted. We showed him some reference photos and we also asked for some very specific characteristics for the stone and the band and he took it all in stride and assured us that Clairamor would be able to deliver what we wanted. And they delivered. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring and it is exactly what she asked for down to the most specific characteristics. Additionally, Jenny was extremely helpful and communicative with regards to the payment process and when I could expect the ring to be shipped to me. The quality of the ring is high, the quality of the service is high, and everyone I communicated with at Clairamor was extremely helpful. I would skip the Brilliant Earths of the engagement-ring-world and save yourself from being overcharged for a beautiful ring by going with Clairamor. Again, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had the pleasure to work with Jenny to create our custom engagement ring, we cannot emphasize enough how grateful we are to her. From our initial google meeting to crafting our dream ring. she helped us create something that reflects our story within our budget when we doubted that it would be possible. We are not ring “connaisseur” but Jenny she took the time to explain everything from different cut to setting. Jenny went above and beyond even when I freaked out thinking maybe they wouldn’t understand what I wanted but she reassured me and closely worked with us until we finally designed the one.
I’ve watched countless videos of Clairamor and I’ve always loved their craftsmanship and how they could bland modern and timeless so perfectly. For two young adults who doesn’t know about jewelry they made the experience extremely pleasant and budget friendly.

They were so easy to work with and they were so helpful. The ring came out even better than I could imagine!!!

I started working with Clairamor having no experience with custom ring design. I was amazed at how well Cameron was able to translate my ideas into renders and with all the quick and patient feedback I got as we designed my ring.

We talked through budget, feasibility, and timelines with ample clarity so by the time I was handing over the reins to my now fiancé (nearly 1 year later!), all of our communication had been so well documented and clear that it made for a seamless transition.

Working with the Clairamor team was amazing! They were extremely prompt in responding to the many emails that we were sending back and forth to work out all of the details for my fiancée's custom engagement ring. Cameron was very receptive to all of the things we wanted such as the unique cut of the diamond, the width of the band, the metal types for the band and setting, the prong types, and so many other requests we had. The team even sent a few 3-D modeled versions of the ring to make sure my fiancée would be happy with the fit of the band and size of the stone. My fiancée absolutely LOVES the ring, so I could not be happier with my experience working with the Clairamor team and with the ring they created for us!!

I’m so glad I was referred to Clairamor, they made the perfect ring for my future wife! Their online tool made it so easy to design and request the exact ring I wanted.
