They are 100% a scam website. All photos are AI, they send poor quality items from a Chinese address. When you try to return, they say it's too expensive and offer tiny partial refunds instead. Complete scam, avoid at all costs.
Absolutely agree with previous review. Don’t touch this company. The website is a front for a Chinese business. Trying to return 2 dresses, and the only way is to return to China at significant cost. It took 4 emails of %discount offers not to return. Each time I asked for return address and finally got it on 5th email
Total scam. Beware. Immediately tried to correct system error for website selecting incorrect size. Numerous emails sent to Company. No result. Incorrect size sent. Sizing is not true to size, if anything 2 to 3 sizes too small. Company will not give me the address to return the unwanted items for a full refund. Apologetic replies offering 10 - 15 - 20% refund. Stay away from this scam.
