I have to say the website was good

I have to say the website was good, I got my delivery on the next working day. However the product was disappointing - my eyes went itchy, irritating and red after using the eye lash serum I brought. I am pretty sure it was this new addition to my routine causing problem as all other products have been used for years and never had any issue.

Stay away - the worst experience ever as a customer. Dodgy products

Without a doubt the worst experience of online buying I have had in 20 years. The Bielenda products (toiletries) not sealed (by design) and this supplier (Clamanti) will not refund you even if you try to return it within a week of purchase and in original packaging. Not only were they rude and dismissive, they claimed they hadn't received my returned item when I had proof of return. So they caused me no end of grief and took my money to boot.The Bielenda supplier in Poland wasn't much help either. Don't touch their toiletries with a barge pole - run by cowboys.
