Very disappointing experience. After I made improvements to the website that Clams Consulting built poorly for me, my podcast was deleted without my consent. This appeared to be done because the changes were not welcomed. An agreement we had in place was not honoured, and communication thereafter was poor. I would not use this company again.
The Clams Consulting team has enabled me to become visible online to my target group. My business processes are now simply and clearly organised and digitised. The weekly call helps me to stay focused and implement the developed plan. The best thing, however, is that I have more time which in turn enables me to work in a targeted way.
