For those students who are seeking trusted quality accommodation, in safe, clean areas, with close access to the campus, town centre and other transport links, then it is seriously suggested that they take a viewing of the Clan Living property portfolio.
All houses have been licensed with Charnwood Borough Council, are inspected monthly for faults by workmen, deep cleaned every summer and gardens kept tidy every month.
The owner of the business, Henri Hamm, himself a Loughborough alumni, is highly focused, hard working and aman of great honesty. And whilst the tariffs are higher than some of the other accommodation offering in the town, tenants will be living in high specification houses, left wanting next to nothing.
