Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague! I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. The dress I ordered is cheap polyester with threads hanging out from it and poorly stitched. They've refused to allow a return or issue a refund despite claiming 'easy returns within 30 days.' Everything about them seems misleading and dishonest.

Ordered items. Never arrived. Usual bluff from what I suspect is an AI scam company. Then, rather unusually, a payment was taken from my account for “books” in Cambridge, over and above what I had already paid. Do not trust at all, they do not exist, this is a scam!!!

Ordered a dress, when it arrived the stitching was falling apart, there was hole in the dress, and the material was flimsy and cheap, absolutely not what I ordered and paid for. The company refused to let me return the item, apparently its non returnable as it was in the sale! Ive never been more ripped off in my life. DO NOT ORDER. Ive been fighting for my money back but ive just been ignored.

Ordered a denim jump suit, website says UK made and crafted by us, when item eventually arrived from China the quality is honestly shocking! Not denim as advertised but a very cheap and nasty nylon item that is nothing like the website. No dispatch notes or barcode to return item and no replies to emails.
This company is a big scam, do not order!
