Clario are crooks…there app does nothing to find spyware on your phone.
The app is $14.99 and have add ons you have to buy to get the full affect and use pop-ups to get you to click on things to charge you more.
They ended up taking $14.99 three times and another $9.99 for support.
Beware they will take your money!!!!!!!

I ordered a product on January 29, 2025 and have not received it. I've reached out to the so called customer service and have been told it's in transit and to be patient. They also gave me several different examples of ridiculous number of days to expect the package.
I give up. I'm going to request a refund and I'm sure the refund will probably take a decade. My rating for this company is negative 5 stars.
I DO NOT recommend this company. They are full of lies. I'm sure those highly rated reviews are from AI and not real customers.

People always say and I know for a fact that there is no Apple app that can help you with security issues. Well, that’s no longer true.!! This 24/7 365 customer service and knowledge is second to none. I love the apple wraps. They are nice. But they can’t help you not if you’re having real problems they gotta put the update out and then they’re not gonna tell you.! I’m not 100% fixed yet. Because I have a real team that is messing with me because they’re scumbags. But Claro is teaching me and helping me.! When I get 100% fixed, I will come back and I’ll even name the company that is the one messing with me so nobody else uses their service! You might invest with them, but you won’t get your money!
I am so happy that Clara was here because the crypto team knocks my debit card out the day before I’m supposed to pay for my next month. But they still help me. They can also clean up the Internet for you. Make you a ghost. And it’s super affordable! I will be back to review more and if I’m wrong, I will let y’all know. But this is what we have all needed because the Internet is the wild wild West!! And without this team, my life on the Internet would no longer exist! And if you think you’re good with the electronics, the coding, all that stuff. I’m better! And I still can’t stop this team all the time from Zerrion! But Cleo seems to be doing a pretty good job! I great and easy

I wasn’t able to log in to my account and was ready to cancel, but agent helped me to get into Clario and set up. Now my phone is safe, thanks.

Amazing customer service. First of all, they have real agents, not AI in their chats, if you know what I mean. I had some annoying popups on my Mac that wouldn’t go away, and it was starting to drive me crazy. Roman helped me remove all that stuff and secure my accounts.

I recently subscribed to Clario but cannot connect. I fill out a form but when hit confirm it said my email was already in use and did not confirm it being sent. I don’t know what not know how to reach any one. Please contact me

This is a scam.

It’s not an antivirus app. It only tells you how to navigate through your phone and what you should do to “minimize risk” but I found it useless. Waste of money!

Feb 5, 2025 Update: I canceled subscription but they still trying to charge my credit card.

Clario offers add-ons to the main app subscription separately, and outside of the app store. When you sign up for one of these bargain services, they bill you a second time, so you end up with two separate bills and 2 separate cancelations you have to make. It isn't expressly told to the customer that they have to contact them twice to cancel completely. Even if you cancel the main app, where the add-on would be used through, it won't cancel the add-on. You still get billed for an add-on you can't use. When you contact their support, they tell you that their refund policy says that getting a refund is only possible within 14 days of the subscription. They won't even refund you if you have a monthly renewal, which is a completely new subscription month, not an ongoing charge. It calls it a "renewal", a renewal means that you are renewing for the month, they ought to honor a request for refund -- that's how I feel.

I cancelled them a week or two before the add-on charge came through. I asked for a refund promptly, and well within the 14 day window of the add-on charge. The add-on charge was not managed through the main app subscription or the app store.

It seems to me that they are dishonest, and really only out for money. This looks to me like a dishonest trick to take people's hard-earned money away from them for easy profits. I do not intend to do business with them ever again.

I can't say whether the app actually does anything or not, since I never used any of the services in it before asking for cancellation and refund for the month.

Update 11/26/2024:
You have my email address already. Provide another address for me to email if you want another email from me. Send me a refund, you should have cancelled the add-on at the same time I cancelled the app. You stole from me.
