Jake was fantastic and I big, big help. Clearly exceeded my expectations. He was professional, calm, and informative. He solved my problems quickly and put my mind at ease. He also took extra time (at my request) to help me understand what Clario does in plain English. Very well done. Jake is a real asset to your organization.

I had high hopes for Clario, on paper it seems a great product. However, it took hours of back and forth with their support team to even get the free trial. Then when installed, most of the app didn't work, again hours of back and forth with their support staff, with no success. Their support team were helpful and tried, but ultimately I spent many hours over two days trying to get Clario to work properly and couldn't. As a security product you need confidence everything will work; I finally lost all confidence in Clario. Shame.

UPDATE
After having been contacted by Clario, they have rectified the bug that was causing my issues, and I now have a fully working product. Whilst it's taken a lot to get to this point, the product seems good, and the support from Clario has been excellent.

I used the customer service chat feature. The representative I spoke with (Brianna) was knowledgable, helpful, and patient. Most importantly, she was an empathetic human honestly trying to help me, instead of a robot with a bunch of canned replies/answers.

They walked walked me through how to use the software, and I liked the UI.

Aside from being the most straightforward VPN, malware dectector and antivirus provider on the market, the support from Clario is phenomenal! They are prompt, friendly and helpful. They also have an impeccable capacity for patience. Shamefully, I've kept them on hold for ten minutes once during a chat and they didn't come across annoyed when I returned, which if anyone has had support experiences in other places, you know if the it were the other way around, we wouldn't be so placid. I'll recommend to Clario to all Mac users.

I was trying days to remove a malware on my Mac and then I found Clario AntiMalware. I performed the quick scan and it founded the malware I was trying to remove but it still kept popping back up when I tried deleting it. So I went on to chat with an expert named Cathrine and she guided me through each step remotely. She made things really clear and was easy to navigate through. I'm glad I was finally able to remove the malware completely. Great Service!

I had an issue with a virus that bothered me for a week and I found Clario and decided to try it out. I connected with one of the experts, Noelle, and she was of great help and solved my problem for me!

This app and the immediate customer service is amazing. I tried joining a zoom call from my phone and I immediately started getting pop ups that my phone had been compromised. Catherine was very helpful in walking me step by step in removing the issue from my calendar settings. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Anti-Virus and Great VPN, I love being able to watch Netflix content only available in other territories. The game changer for me Is the dedicated support staff. Noelle, for example, spent over 30 minutes helping me solve my problem, she did not give up on the situation and was incredibly patient and respectful.

This is amazing! I loved how well they worked with me. Noelle was the one who helped and fixed my issue that I have had for years.

I downloaded this because my wife's MacBook had adware issues. It quickly diagnosed and solved that issue. But what was more remarked than the user interface and simplicity was the customer service provided via live chat to help fix a couple of data breaches I was affected by. Catherine was exceptional.

I wasn't aware of a few things regarding the threats found while scanning my device so I asked for some advice. Miss Catherine was patient and had answered all questions with politeness and was able to help me with the problem. Thanks! The app works wonderfully but it's a pity that it is only available for subscribers. Luckily, non-subscribers are still able to try the app out during the 7-day trials!

I have found that your program is much better at helping keep my Mac safe. I also like the little circle so I can check the app or web page I'm on. I just had a chat with your help desk and found Brianna very good at helping me. (Give her a raise. :-)) She answered my questions wonderfully. I now know you currently do not protect my iPad (2019) or watch (2020). I look forward to the day you can cover these as well. The only thing I can think of to help with the program is maybe you could send a text or email each time the virus database is updated. That would let me know if you are covering a current virus. Thank you for such a nice program. You also might think about having a third pricing tier of a lifetime option where the app updates and virus database updates are covered. I would like to see a price for this in your options.

This app is incredible. The experts here are all so nice and helpful. They stick with you and help work you through your issues until they are resolved. The app is also so easy to navigate and understand. I'd recommend this to anyone! :)
