Seamless and efficient!
Working with Tara and Clariti Group was seamless and fast—an overall very positive experience. What made my experience great was being able to identify and communicate my work values and needs.
What made my experience great was working with Michelle. The exercises provided were helpful for me to more clearly understand my values and how I can align with a company and further, how to identify and describe my skills. I have a much improved ability to identify and communicate my needs/wants and don't-wants for existing and future employment.

Personality Poker - Transport Canada All Staff
The session was a big hit! Everyone greatly enjoyed the exercises, especially learning about the different suits and how they relate to each other. It generated a lot of discussion amongst and between our teams.

Support during a difficult transition
Kevin and Tara were very flexible as the time for the meeting kept changing. Tara was early and managed the situation very professionally. She spent a good portion of time with the employee and it seems that the employee was supported well based on her feedback.
