I have had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
On 20th April 2026, I logged into my account and was immediately charged £0.50 twice just for accessing the platform, with no clear explanation. On the same day, I was also charged £19.99 for using the service.
Since then, I have not used the website at all. Despite this, I was later charged an additional £29.99 without my knowledge or consent. This charge was completely unexpected and not authorised.
To make matters worse, I have been unable to log back into my account to check my subscription or billing details, which is extremely concerning. This means I have no way of managing or cancelling any supposed subscription.
Overall, this company lacks transparency in its billing practices and makes it very difficult for customers to control their accounts. Being charged after not using the service, combined with restricted account access, raises serious concerns.
I am really anxious now and have requested a refund and cancellation, but based on this experience, I hope this is resolved promptly.
