One day after the $1 report they charged me $24.99!!!
The report was not even any good and I certainly didn't want to pay them any more. STAY away
Paid for a 1 time $1 vin look up. With no notification, sign up, or even receipt was later charged $25 for a subscription that was never signed up for. Was never even notified of charge, only noticed by checking bank account and noticed the charge. I cannot stand these shady deceptive traps. Stay away from this scam.
Someone pretending to be interested in my vehicle asked for a report from elitevin.com. Like other reviewers, I got no report, and the billing to my credit card was from clarityvin. So clearly they are operating several different front end pages in the same scam.
SCAM ALERT. The only good reviews on this thread are from fake profiles they don't even have real names. You pay $1 for a vin check on a vehicle, and the next day they charge you 24.99 as a monthly subscription that you never agreed to. I was already mad after I spent the dollar and found out the report is actual garbage with NO valuable information to behold, but I was IRATE the next day when they charged me 24.99!!! Stay away!!! If you fall for this like me and read this review please post your own testimony and report it to anyone you can. Take these scammers down!!!
Straight scam. Predatory misleading website. I bought one report and got a 24.99 charge a day later. Stay away. I have canceled my subscription that I never agreed to. They said I’ll receive a refund in 5-9 days. Most likely won’t receive anything stay away from this.
I was selling a vehicle and the potential buyer demanded that I buy a Clarityvin.com vehicle report. I had never heard of the company and suggested a Carfax. The potential buyer demanded only a Clarityvin purchase would work. This is a scam.
ITS a SCAM D0 n0t waste your time or $$$
I used Clarity VIN Report; it's a really great site! They provided me with the report very quickly and included a lot of details. I trust this site.
A Clarity VIN Report provides a detailed history of a vehicle based on its Vehicle Identification Number VIN It includes crucial information such as accident history, title status, mileage records, service history, ownership details, and any reported damages. This report helps buyers make informed decisions by ensuring transparency and identifying potential risks before purchasing a used car
It is a scam website. Someone cheated me to pay US$35 to get a fake report. Never use this website.
It's a scam. They just want your money ... do not even spend time with any person asking you to go this website
This is a scam website, the employee will message people who have vehicles for sale and act as if they are interested and make you buy the report. They refuse to see carfax and demands this report. Do not purchase
One of the buyer I was directed to use ClarityVin, had never heard of this before. The report provided had no recent updates and was filled with actual manufacturer spec information. When checked the website ClarityVin, its registered in 2024, so create the suspicion
