I thought Clark’s was the well known company bought shoes took ages to arrive -should have looked at reviews tried to send them back not as expected managed to e-mail they wouldn’t give a refund could only offer me 10%off and keep the shoes or the alternative was 50%to buy something from there company never again I thought I wouldn’t fall for this scam.

I deeply regret not checking the reviews before placing my order.

I made a purchase on this website, only to read the reviews afterwards—big mistake. Upon checking the order status, I saw it hadn’t even been processed, so I emailed the company at 12:53pm on 25/9 to cancel. Olivia Clarke (Angelou) responded at 16:42 the same day, completely disregarding my cancellation request. Instead, she tried to push changes in size, colour, and style, while confirming the order was still being prepared.

At 17:38 on 25/9, I replied again, clearly stating I wanted to cancel. By this point, the negative reviews I’d read were starting to ring true.

Then, at 4:21am on 26/9, Carmela from Customer Support emailed—ignoring both previous requests—claiming that due to their “fast processing times”, the order had already been fulfilled and could no longer be cancelled.

So here we are: no goods, no cancellation, and absolutely no sign of a company that values transparency or puts customers at the heart of its operations. A thoroughly disappointing experience with a business that seems more interested in avoiding accountability than providing genuine service.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option, this company if that’s was it is a shambles, or a joke. Waiting forever for your parcel when it arrives it’s awful, try to return it u get emails every day offering 10% then 20% of ur refund returned, I gave up. Don’t order from this site save yourself the hassle

Having read all the negative reviews on Trust Pilot I was very concerned that things would be bad with this product. What a lovely surprise therefore to receive exactly what I had ordered . A classy leisure suit, good quality and worth every penny I have spent. No hesitation in recommending this company based over my experience. Well done.

Bought pair of sandals. Paid £34 for size 5. Waited 3 weeks for delivery found they wouldn’t even fit size 4

I ordered a top on 5th September. Supposedly "free express delivery". It is now 22nd September and there is still no indication of when the top might arrive. I had wanted the item for an event on 13th September. When it hadn't arrived by 15th I asked for a refund, only to be told that it was "in transit" and I should wait until it arrived before deciding whether to return it. I have never seen such slow process on a tracking system, and I had not expected the item to be coming from China. I have written today again requesting a refund as apparently the item is now in the UK with their delivery company. It should be simple for them to divert the package to their own offices. I'm not holding my breath, having seen the other reviews. By the way, you should have the option of "no stars" here.

Unfortunately I will have to mirror the other reviews. I really wished I'd looked them up before ordering. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for my order and nothing yet. All I get is your order is on its way but please order something else and we'll give you 20% discounts. Avoid at all costs! Rip off

Please,please don't use this website. I ordered a coat allegedly reduced from £100 to 49.99. It looked like the thick luxurious teddy coat l was looking for so l ordered it. It came in a small parcel, which was a worry before l opened it. It was appalling. The thinest material imaginable with no tailoring, or even a lining. Was so thin it wouldn't keep you warm in the house with the heating on. Can't get a refund, saying I'll have to pay the postage to China!! Yeah, don't be fooled by the company name, this business is as far away from London as you can imagine.

It's been over a week already. Still nothing. I actually hope they lose it, because I've been in an ongoing argument with them since finding out I'd been ripped off.
Their reply every time was, "we will happily walk you through the returns process...."
Nope. I'm not doing that. My bank is there to do more than hang onto my money. This is one of their jobs!

This Chinese company managed to squeeze into a group of UK companies!
I was scrolling through, not even looking at who's selling it, I find what I'm looking for. Local companies. Next day delivery.
I land on "Clarke of London" who I hadn't heard of, but so what? There are hundreds of sites out there.
But I saw what I was looking for. I paid some company in the UK I'm sure. Otherwise my bank would have flagged it!
I've been in constant contact with "Olivia" and expressed my outrage at this blatant scam!
"She" just kept repeating the same thing.
" If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll happily talk you through the returns process"
He'll nooooooooooo!
I'll receive the jacket.
I'll compare the photos.
I'll then contact my bank, who will call this a fraudulent sale, and they'll get my money back!
And they will get my money back!
I've had about 15 emails with this lot.
Told them in reality, it's Wongs of CHINA. Not Clarke of London.

Bought a dress in size small. It was absolutely enormous. Tried to return it and sent 2 emails offering me partial refunds before finally they would give me an address… which was in china. So will probably cost the same to return as to write it off.

Terrible experience. Do not buy. Bought a coat that is like a dish rag. Tried to return and they are sending endless emails making offers and telling me I have to pay to return to china and pay import duty when this contravenes UK law. Bunch of frauds

Goods were not as advertised and very poor quality. Refund not looking forthcoming coming. Outrageous, do not use this company ever!!

Horrendous quality!!! Not worth £50!! Looked nice online and they looked so different inside the shoe. I emailed immediately saying I wanted to return and refund them. They took ages to respond then offered if I wanted to keep the shoes and have another pair if I paid £10. I emailed back and they were slow again then told me I was too late to get a refund. Cowboys

Dont buy from this Company. I ordered orthopaedic shoes because I have a bad back and I was going out to a special party. They arrived unboxed wrapped in bubble wrap. They were the wrong size, made of cheap faux leather and were definitely not orthopaedic shoes. I cannot wear them - they are going in the bin. I have asked for a refund. They were supposedly £70 originally and were half price in a sale ie £35. Extremely disappointed!

Avoid company at all costs, not yet received item and it’s been over 3 weeks. Even with Shein and Temu they deliver within a week. Dreading to know what quality is like when I spent £98 😩 looking at the reviews…

Scam company. Do not use. Won't give refunds. I've wasted £90 on cheap crap. Spent another £34 to return them to China only to be told they are being sent back to me and I can have a 20% refund. Reporting now. Do not use people!

Wanted to give zero stars!! This company are a complete joke, I ordered an item of orthopaedic footwear following foot surgery and was actually relatively happy with the delivery speed and quality so I ordered another exact pair and when they eventually arrived nearly a month later they were of a completely different standard and size so I asked to return them but after a lot of back and forwards was asked to return the items to China at my own expense...which I obviously declined and have eventually been forced to settle on receiving just 20% refund without having to return items....what a scam!! Being reported to Trading Standards as we speak...

There clothing is off extremely bad quality
They are based in China
I bought a jacket @£45.99 was going to cost me £20 to return.
They offered a miserable 20% refund an absolute rip off and should not be allowed to sell anything.
