FRAUD ALERT! I ordered boots November 16, 2025 and 5 months later they have NOT arrived. Email replies from them are repetitive saying "we are waiting to hear from the Courier" which is BS, any legitimate company would have resent the boots or refunded $$ long ago!

Placed online order January 22, 2026, invalid tracking information provided. No response responses to follow up emails. This is a fraudulent company. Do not shop with them.

I picked up this sweater because it looked cute online and I was hoping it wouldn’t disappoint. When it came, I was actually really happy with the fabric it’s soft and feels nice on the skin. The design is a little fun without being too loud, which I like. I wore it out with simple jeans and got a few compliments, even from my daughters friend. Definitely one of those pieces you end up wearing more than you thought.

These pants are sooo comfy, like I didn’t expect them to be this good. Wore them once and already thinking of getting another pair lol.

So I ordered this coat and was kinda nervous because of delivery delays happening lately. It did take a bit longer than expected, which annoyed me at first. But when it finally arrived, I was actually impressed. The inside lining is so smooth and it just sits nicely over sweaters. Overall I’m happy with it, even tho the wait was a bit frustrating.

This blouse is honestly such an easy piece to wear. It’s light, comfy and looks put together without even trying.

I got these sneakers last week and at first they felt a little tight near the toes, not gonna lie. I almost returned them but decided to try a bigger size after chatting with support. They were really kind and helped me out quickly, which I appreciated. The new pair fits way better and now I wear them almost daily. Really comfy and cute with jeans or even a casual dress.

I wasn’t sure about ordering shoes online again, but these turned out really nice. Super easy to slip on and honestly my feet didn’t hurt even after being out all afternoon.

I ordered a swimwear set for an upcoming vacation, but shortly after purchasing, I was told the item was out of stock and they were sourcing from another supplier. I’ll admit I was disappointed it’s not easy finding flattering swimwear for women my age! That said, the customer service team kept me updated every step of the way. We stayed in close contact by e mail, and they were always kind and honest about timelines. It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but when it arrived, it fit beautifully and was exactly what I’d been looking for. I really appreciated the transparency so rare these days. I’d absolutely order from Clark & Campbell again.

So I tried these sandals and they were comfier than I thought they would be. They dont pinch my toes which is usually my biggest problem with sandals. I emailed support about the size and they replied pretty fast and helped me pick right. Honestly didnt expect that level of help. Been wearing them around the house since haha.

I was honestly skeptical ordering shoes online at my age, but these were such a pleasant surprise. I have arthritis in one knee, and bending down to tie laces has become a real pain—literally. These just slip right on and feel great from the first step. I wore them for an afternoon of errands and lunch with my daughter, and my feet felt supported the entire time. I especially love how they go with everything leggings, jeans, even a casual dress. I’ll be ordering another pair in beige soon.

This cardigan it turned out to be way nicer than I thought. The fabric feels kind of soft and not scratchy like some I bought before. I wore it to my niece birthday thing and a random mom even asked where I got it from lol. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but guess that’s normal sometimes. Anyway I’m actually pretty happy with it.

Ordered orthopedic shoes and a blouse last Sept. Took a month for the shoes to arrive and another month for the blouse. Shoes did not look like website and blouse arrived in peach colour not green. Emailed back and forth complaining, demanding refund, only to be offered 15%, then 25%, then 35% to which I have received NOTHING to date. I was actually willing to accept the last offer of 35%. More emails inquiring about said refund, which never occurred. Some 30 emails that I have kept. This company is posing under different names... Carter Toronto and a few others. Items are identical on all sites. I agree with everyone else stating they should be given a ZERO. Obviously those that gave them a 5 star are scammers themselves and probably own the company. I stopped emailing late January. It is futile to think they would give any customer ANYTHING ! Yet they continue to operate and RIP people off ! They claim to have excellent customer service... which is a JOKE ! What they want is for you to "GIVE UP AND LET IT GO"... so that finally worked for me. They no longer respond to any emails ! Something needs to be done !!!!!

Not even worth one star but you can’t give zero stars … company is not Canadian and does not have a “warehouse “ in TO . Product is cheap and nothing like the pictures . Beware!

This company is a scam. They only pay you 25% of your purchase if you want to return. Say shipping is too expensive for returns although they say 100% satisfaction guarantee. Very deceptive. Don’t buy from this company. The product is poor quality.

I finally ordered the dress after thinking about it too long and well it was actually worth it. The color looks the same as on the website and the fit around my waist was better than I expected, I usually struggle with that. I typed my apartment number wrong but customer service fixed it before shipping which was a relief. Dress arrived without wrinkles, surprising honestly. I wore it out for brunch and felt good in it the whole time.

Okay I normally dont write reviews but these shoes deserve it a bit. They’re soft on the heel which I really need because my feet get sore very fast and these didnt make that happen. I walked in them for a while and they still felt light. Package even had a little note inside which was kinda cute. Everything came fine and the size felt right straight away, so yea I might order another pair later who knows.

Wish I had of checked this company out before placing an order ! They are terrible ! I placed order Nov. 10th and after what looked like the order was going to be shipped, I was getting run around and advised on the 28th to cancel the order and refund my $300 ! They blamed lost in shipping. I told them NOT to re-ship and just refund my money., it was well within the 30 day policy. After much back and forth and not being able to speak with a LIVE person or being offered a phone # in which continually asked for refund, the order arrived 2.5 months later. Not what I wanted - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT IN TORONTO, BUT CHINA AND ITS A SCAM.

Do Not buy from this company. It has been over 60 days I have not received my product and they refuse to give me a refund. This company is a scam. I had to go to my bank and issue an dispute to try and get my money back.
