Clark & Rose made our move stress-free. The team was very respectful of both properties, carefully protecting floors, walls, and doors. They handled all our belongings (including fragile items) with real care and left everything spotless. Professional, polite, and thorough. Highly recommend – we’d use them again in a heartbeat!

Clark and Rose have happily parked one of their lorries on the A1151 for 48 hours so far, completely blocking one side of the carriageway and causing extensive traffic delays (45 minutes to drive 1 mile due to their parking). No sign of a driver or removals staff packing the lorry, and their attitude on the phone was dismissive and rude.
They have no care or concern for the hundreds of people who have been substantially inconvenienced by their thoughtless parking and have obviously given no thought to the environmental and health impacts of causing hundreds of cars to move at a snails pace past residential properties and a route that schoolchildren and parents with pushchairs walk.

Of course we all understand that removals can be inconvenient for other residents but to deliberately block a road that is a main through route for 2 consecutive days with no sign of any loading or unloading is appalling.

Despite their statement below that the lorry was being loaded, I drove past the lorry 4 times in 2 days, and my daughter also 4 times in 2 days and on NONE of those occasions (all during hours 9am - 5pm) there was no sign of any staff or an additional vehicle. The total amount of time that we (just two of the hundreds of people who use that main road each day) we were delayed by more than 2 hours each on both days. If there was a necessity for the vehicle to be so thoughtlessly parked during the day, it could and should have been moved elsewhere when not actively being loaded. Roy’s Coach Park would have had ample space overnight which would have ensured that all commuters were not inconvenienced and would have gone a long way to minimising the disruption.

Given Clark and Roses unprofessional and thoughtless attitude to the inconvenience they have caused to local people I would never trust them with a removal service.

We used the services of Clark and Rose to pack, move, store and deliver when selling and buying recently. Would recommend as the service from start to finish was excellent. From the initial home visit, communication through the office with Emily and the moving team of Alan, Robbie and Gary (very hardworking, conscientious and good humoured. Even when moving from a second floor flat) we are very happy with it all, thank you.

From beginning it to end all employees have been well organised and very helpful. Delivering exactly what had been promised.

Communication with the office was clear and regular. Delivery was arranged promptly and the movers arrived on time. Both men were extremely friendly and helpful. Got it all done within an hour.

Shipping your belongings over 5,000 miles can be stressful and nerve wracking but Lynn and the team at Clark and Rose kept me updated on progress along the way.
Their delivery driver, Chris, was very friendly and helpful and we had everything unloaded and the inventory checked off in half an hour.

Amazing delivery crew and staff. They could not have taken better care of our things. Not a scratch, dent, ding, or mark on any of our furniture or walls. There were some tough pieces of furniture to fit up a staircase and squeeze around walls. But it was all handled professionally. I cannot speak more highly of the crew and staff.

From the very start of our removal process, quotations, Clark and Rose removal men arriving, packing, and leaving to the depot, continued e-mail communication, both my husband and I have found the service from Clark and Rose impeccable. All staff have always been professional, informative, prompt, helpful and honest.
This has helped a major move from the UK to Australia very easy and stress free.

Helpful and easy to work with.
The team were polite, helpful, considerate and very hard working. Our job had been estimated well in respect of how long the job would take. The disruption for us who had to live in the house while the job was going on was minimised. Our belongings were well packed, but it would have been helpful for our settling in if the boxes had been labelled better. The move in went well and the furniture and boxes were delivered to the correct rooms. We can recommend Clark and Rose, and would use them again if the need arises.

The crew worked hard and with good humour to complete our removal to store, they were helpful when a couple of items had to be retrieved from their efficient packing and were not phased by the number of books we possess! all was completed within the three days - thanks to all

I cannot recommend Clark and Rose highly enough. Scott that came out to give us a quote was brilliant and on the day, the guys loaded and unloaded the van really quickly and without issue, dismantling the furniture and ensuring nothing was damaged. They made a very stressful day less so and we were grateful for all their help. They are all a credit to the company.
