Bought an item online to be told 2 weeks later that it hasn’t been dispatched yet because it is out of stock and wasn’t coming back into stock for 6 months+. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this company

Post and packaging
You stuck the postage sticker directly on the box and polut it in the post box damaged and torn. Not a good look under the tree christmas morning. Rand explained said you would look into it and see how you could help heard nothing more. A shop as big as you have surely you can package products.

Delighted with the whole experience
Delighted with the whole experience. Honestly couldn't do enough for me. I asked them to do me a little favour with packaging some top secret christmas presents from the big man himself and I have to say Santa was impressed with the lengths they went to to conceal his items. No one would look for toys in two huge mens working boot boxes and any free chocolate in this house is always welcomed and appreciated too. Eternally grateful to you all, my kids were both home sick and you made life easier for me so much easier. Thank you all so much. I ordered from you all during covid times too and a great service then as well. Thanks again for everything.

Completely poor experience
Completely poor experience. Ordered a €200 product online. Only received an order confirmation. Shipping was promised in 2 days. No shipping notification after 4 days. No response to their “contact us” channel, no response to email channel. When I called, “online team” was in a meeting. No call back. Non existent customer service. Stay away.
