Sole is made of junk. Slipped a few times. Never had any issues with clarks in the past. Contacted customer service and all they sent me is some regulations.

After a stressful afternoon exhausting pretty much every shoe shop in Horsham trying to find a pair of school shoes for my very picky 13-year-old daughter, we finally arrived at our last stop — Clarks!
By this point, my patience had well and truly run out and the stress levels were through the roof! 😅
Jamie, the shop assistant, was absolutely brilliant — so helpful, patient and attentive, making sure we found the right shoes and, most importantly, that they were comfortable for my daughter.
Thank you so much, Jamie, for making what had been a very stressful afternoon so much easier. One very happy mama and daughter now! Phew!

I visited the Clarks shop in Blackburn and was served by Aisha, who was absolutely amazing. I wanted a pair of slippers that were out of stock in the Blackburn store, and she went above and beyond to track a pair down from another branch for me.
She also swapped my wife’s slippers to a bigger size and free home delivery rather than picking them up from the store.

Her customer service was exceptional – friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to the store. Thank you, Aisha!

Oh dear oh dear, what has happened. I used to buy shoes from Clark's and know I would get good customer service. Unfortunately, this is not the case in the Lancaster branch. There were two assistants, a fair haired girl who appeared to be ok, and the dark haired girl, who I assume was the manager. First they couldn't get the equipment to work. Then I was sitting waiting, and then the dark haired one came. She didn't attend to me, but just gave me the shoes and went. I couldn't find any to fit properly, and I could tell she was annoyed at me not buying. A man came across, to ask for a shoe, and he gestured to me, and the assistant flipantly said, it's ok she's not buying anything. The other assistant said bye, and I replied that I wouldn't be back. She needs to be very careful with a large Shoe zone a few yards away, selling a good selection of high end footwear. I wish I had been a mystery shopper for that company.

I am appalled by the quality of Clarks. We paid £70 for a pair of school shoes for my Year 8 child, and within 3 months, the sole came unglued.
The store exchanged them, but the second pair lasted only another 3 months before the summer holidays. After sitting unworn all summer, my child wore them for just a few days this September, and the sole completely ripped off again.
Two pairs ruined in barely six months of total wear. Paying £70 for cheap glue and terrible manufacturing is unacceptable. Clarks quality has become complete rubbish — avoid and do not waste your money.

This is my second time shopping this year at Clarks and I must say that this experience is far better than the last. Rebecca was extremely patient and polite.

Really helpful and friendly service from Tracy. She went above and beyond to find me a shoe that fitted me. I have wide feet, take size 13 shoes and have special insoles prescribed by a podiatrist. She even took my purchase to my buggy parked outside the shop. Truly amazing

Had a really great experience at Clarks. I wasn’t sure which shoes I wanted, so I asked for some advice and explained that I was looking for something comfortable that I could simply slip on.

Callum and Glen were both incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a pair that was perfect for me. I’m really happy with my new shoes and would definitely recommend Clarks, especially for the great customer service.

I don’t do reviews but … Sunit at the Bedford store went above and beyond to find me the right shoes for my daughter’s wedding. Really couldn’t have asked for better service which is so rare these days!

Very disappointed with Clarks customer service.

I bought a pair of Clarks trainers in March and have only worn them three times. Each time, one shoe was extremely uncomfortable and rubbed my foot badly. I initially assumed it was simply a fit issue, but I have now realised that the stitching on the shoe is faulty.

I contacted Clarks and asked for an exchange, not a refund, but they have refused because I wore the shoes outside. I was told that I should have worn them indoors first.

I find this very disappointing. The problem was not obvious when I first tried the shoes on, and I only became aware that there was an actual fault after wearing them. They have only been worn three times.

I would have expected a large, established company like Clarks to take a more reasonable approach and stand behind the quality of its products, particularly when a customer is only asking for an exchange.

Very poor customer service from a brand I would normally associate with quality.

Having raised the issue of the Clark sandal no longer being a quality sandal (far from it) bearing in mind I traversed the cliffs of Cornwall in a very robust sandal made by Mr Clark..,I was advised by their customer service to go to a Clark shop and try on some sandals to find one that would suit me..,I’m afraid the customer service person is missing the point.,,hey ho..,I don’t want a replacement I don’t want a new pair..,just passing on my 50 years of sandal wearing experience…

Great quality footwear for all ages. Customer service is always spot on too. Order online and get items delivered efficiently. Any issues, plenty of stores to visit to resolve. Highly recommend.
