We had Fraser helping us get school shoes. One of my children is autistic and shoes can set a challenge. Fraser was exceptional and gave him additional time and allowed my son to feel the shoes and insoles taking each set at his pace.

I was really impress with Fraser knowledge and support, suggestion of shoes and andding insoles that would support my son’s sensory needs. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you Fraser!

The assistant, Ella, at the Bath store was excellent. She listened and communicated very well, coming up with suitable suggestions. She was good at encouraging further sales in terms of a second pair half price or a protective spray. Very personable!

Visited the Newbury (5642) store today to purchase school shoes. Izzy was very patient and helpful. She was also very honest with regards to the style and fit of the shoes. Thank you for the great service.

We had a lovely experience with Heni, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

We went to Clarks at Middlebrook to get my little girl (3 years) some new shoes for nursery and some new work shoes for me. We were helped by Saga who was fantastic. She measured my little girls feet and gave advice on which shoes to get that would allow her some growing room and she was great at keeping her engaged and made the process lots of fun!

Cloe from the derby store, was more yhan a super star, she came out of her comfort zone to actually find type of footwear i was looking for, and old seasonal collection at a bargain £60, was simply honoured with her gestured service, all good really pleased with store and staff helpfulness

We entered without an appointment however we were attended to immediately. Our assistant was friendly, most helpful. And measured my daughter’s feet and shown such kindness whilst doing this. She also gave us sensible options with a variety of suitable shoes in the size we needed.
My thanks go to her and the team on how organised you are in the busiest time of the year for shoe shopping.

Visited Reading store today to buy school shoes. Served by Isabella Ha, who was brilliant. We received an excellent service. Pleased with the shoes we picked. Very friendly atmosphere and very hard working staff.

I needed some new shoes and trainers, and thankfully, this branch of Clark’s was able to sort me out. Perfect fitting, comfortable, robust, and reduced, making the pairs I bought a real bargain. And the staff were very professional and helpful! Thank you very much!

Lamees at the West Brom branch was absolutely fantastic with the advice, her attitude and politeness was second to none. Very smiley and approachable. Very pleased with the level of service received and the total cost was better than expected! Give Lamees a raise and promotion!

We were helped by a young lady called Velma. She was so kind and helpful, even though it was so busy given the shop was so hectic because of everyone getting their new school shoes. Just wanted to say thank you. Your calm nature and kindness made a real difference for my child.

I visited Newbury (5642) last Tuesday.
Staff- Clara and Izzy were really helpful and helped me find suitable smart shoes to try. I had issues with the laces so they relaced them to be easier for me to put on. They gave me useful advice and were polite and friendly. I found the shoes I needed. Great customer service.

Visited Clarks Cardiff Store and Thea couldn’t have been more helpful! Fitting shoes for a 3 year old can be tricky and she made the experience exciting and so enjoyable! Got onto her level and spoke to her rather than us parents. Honestly she deserves such praise for an amazing job!

Visited the Great Yarmouth store, was served by a very helpful lady called Lesley. I bought two pairs of shoes, I was very pleased with them. Would definitely shop there again.

Abigail was very sweet and attentive. My granddaughter is very fussy about her shoes, and asked to try several pairs. Nothing was too much trouble for her we thought she gave great customer service and aas a credit to Clark’s

Was helped by a lovely gentleman by the name of Ibaheem at the selly oak branch. he helped me with all my fitting sizes, making sure my experience was perfect. Service was quicker than any other store ive gone to tbh. Will definitely be revisiting this branch again due to the service i’ve recieved today.
