Helpful staff
Went to store today and met Polly in Aberdeen Union square and she was so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Got my daughter’s leg measured and went in to get two perfect shoes on the sale price. Thank you very much.

Poor service
when i received the shoes i ordered they were too tight
I took them to the shop that did returns and the told me I needed a returns label or a code which was'nt in or on the parcel I am an elderly person and to having to go to the returns shop was a bit of an ordeal 6 bus stops away .I have often bought from Clarks shops and on line i find this occasion very disappointing

The products I brought from Clearkes…
The products I brought from Clearkes were not what I expected in terms of quality. The two shoes are fine, but the soles are bad, and I have slipped from them on two occasions because their grip-ability is so poor. Because I have used them both, I cannot return them.

All sole designs are assessed for compound properties (ie. hardness, abrasion, sole substance) and tested against SATRA TM144:2011 slip resistance method in both wet and dry conditions. Clarks, as a business does not proceed to bulk production without a ‘PASS’ against this industry recognised standard for slip resistance.
If you are unhappy with your shoes, we would kindly ask you to visit your nearest Outlet Clarks store along with your order confirmation so a store colleague can assess the products' soles thoroughly.
