I went with my son for new school
shoes and from measuring his feet to choosing the right shoe Seamus was amazing. His patience and knowledge of the shoes available and his perseverance in finding the right shoes for my son was outstanding. He went above and beyond. Thank you

Went to Clarks Outlet at Chatham and was so impressed with the amzing service we received from Alison who went out of her way to help fit my 2 grandchildren with new school shoes. She was particularly patient and knowledgeable about your product range, will definate return in the future. Thank you!

I went to Clarkes to get some smart shoes for an event, I was served by Kaz who was amazing! Great, friendly, and honest service.

What made this a good experience? In a word, Samuel.

Underwhelming online order took us in-store for return and replacement. This experience has reminded us of the difference between online convenience and personal service. Samuel was polite, friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Had to visit Clarks Grafton St Dublin in an emergency. Erich could not have been more helpful. Great customer service. I will be back and next time I’ll have more time to browse. Thanks Erich

Do NOT buy online! I purchased two pairs of shoes. As with other reviewers on here my shoes never arrived. The tracking from Evri was not updated. After a week of emails and phonecalls they acknowledge the items are missing. I ask for a refund. They refuse offering to either " try find replacements depending on stock" which actually they cant do as sold out of my size or an ecard!!!! Refusing to refund my origional payment as refered to under their own policy! And also completely against the consumer rights act. I have contacted them again and if they continue to refuse I shall have to take further action. I am actually wondering if they are now a scam. I will never buy from them again and urge others to avoid them like the plague.

I was assisted by a lady named Mo who was more than helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me find the right shoes for me. Excellent customer experience.

Discovered Clarks in the shopping centre down at Chatham and was most impressed by the amount of stock that they had on offer and the discounts involved. I normally shop for my son’s shoes in Clarks and the football shoes in wide are not that easy to find at a discount so this place is a real treasure. Alison assisted me and did the measurement of my son’s feet as well as telling me how quickly they would expect to go up in sizes et cetera, so all in all extremely helpful.

I am writing to share an absolutely amazing experience my son and I had at the Clarks Reading High Street store today, all thanks to a member of their team named Emily.
We went in to buy new school shoes for my 11-year-old son, who is starting secondary school this September. From start to finish, Emily was phenomenal. She began by measuring his feet and, showing great professionalism, even got a colleague to do a second check to ensure absolute accuracy.
She then picked out a range of potential shoes that would fit him well and brought out several pairs for him to try on. Throughout the entire 20 to 30 minutes, Emily showed an incredible amount of patience and had a lovely smile on her face. My son had plenty of questions, and she answered every single one of them gracefully, keeping up the exact same positive, high energy the entire time.
Thanks to her dedication, we found the perfect pair of shoes that he absolutely loves.
You don't get this level of care everywhere nowadays, and it is incredibly reassuring to know that such amazing, customer-focused people still exist. Emily deserves a 5-star rating for delivering an astonishing customer experience. She is an absolute credit to your Reading branch and to the Clarks brand as a whole.

Visited Grimsby store today and was very pleased with the customer service I received from Jaya. She was friendly and helpful and answered all questions I had about the trainers I was interested in. She took her time and didn't add any pressure to buy but informed me of the offers that they had.I did buy the trainers which I am very happy with,but wanted to mention the high standard of customer service Jaya gave thank you.

I was helped by a lady called Ruw who tried very efficiently to help me find sandals for my awkward feet. Although I couldn't find what I needed she was really pleasant and courteous.

Visited Clark's store at the Trinity in Leeds. Customer service was brilliant ! Thank you so much Sian for being so patient helping me find the right pair of sandals. After trying on many pairs of sandals and summer trainers - I did eventually find a pair that were the right fit for me. Sian was very knowledgeable on the range of sandals and features each have. Thank you Sian for your professional customer service and friendly manner. I'm very happy with my purchase today! A great store with great staff.

Today my wife and I visited clarks at Abergavenny
What a lovely store. I am an awkward fit with shoes, Megan was so helpful,polite, nothing was to much trouble.
Megan is a credit to herself and Clarks and I would not hesitate to recommend the store, to anyone who requires good customer care and a nice environment to shop in.

I called into the shop at Donegall Place in Belfast to try on suede desert boots that I'd seen on the website.
Unfortunately they weren't a good fit for me but the staff member who attended to me went to a great deal of trouble fetching boots in various sizes for me to try.
I found Madison to be friendly, approachable and with a high degree of product knowledge.
Shopping for footwear is often a bit of a chore but Madison made it much more easy than is often the case.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service from Kai at Clarks. He was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable while helping my daughter find the perfect pair of shoes. He took the time to measure her feet properly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the fit was exactly right rather than rushing the process.
Kai made my daughter feel comfortable and included throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s so refreshing to receive customer service where someone genuinely cares about getting it right, and also collect the product I need to keep the shoes in top condition.
A huge thank you, Kai—you are a real credit to Clarks. We left with the perfect shoes and a very happy daughter. Highly recommended!

Came in today with my mum and was served by Zuhayr he was so lovely. Tried on different sizes he was so accommodating and such a lovely person.Amazing customer service by him!
