Theo is credit to your company.

We visited the store today to buy some school shoes. From the moment we walked in Theo was fantastic! He was welcoming, professional and had a great knowledge of the stock and company, we will definitely be back! Thank you Theo.

The store manager was also very friendly and professional. A great team.

Beaconsfield Clarks

Beaconsfield Clarks - Theo was very helpful when we got my sons school shoes today. He was very friendly and made my son felt comfortable when measuring his feet and trying on shoes.

Beaconsfield Clark’s manager Patrick W…

Beaconsfield Clark’s manager Patrick W was very rude and aggressive stating he will not accept bank statement as proof of purchase which was the opposite of what the Clark’s head office was saying. I complained to the head office and they confirmed Bank statement is proof of purchase and that they will deal with the area manager in Beaconsfield branch internally. I am hoping this will be done as his behaviour was very concerning especially given Clark’s there is popular with kids.

Was made welcome & helped straight away

Was made welcome when walked in the shop, helped me find the perfect size by measuring & trying two different width. Wrote down the size and date and told me when next to check sizes again. Really lovely service and was confident the shoes would be suitable for my daughter who has just started to walk.
Patrick helped me from start to finish, thanks so much.
