Went to clarks in Bournemouth Town Square helped Karen and follewed up by Kelly.

They went out of there way for me as I couldn't get the right size shoe so they gave me a wider fit which was perfect for me

Very good service, served by Ruth in Bournemouth who was very good with our 2 year old daughter.

Jamie at the Bournemouth store was very patient with my two children especially as my daughter’s feet can be tricky to fit. The appointment system worked well. The store was clean and we were able to come away with two pairs of school shoes ready for September. My daughter tried on 4 different styles in 2 different sizes with insoles and heel grips added in. We didn’t feel rushed at all - the service from Jamie was excellent.

Popped in for school shoes. We were looked after by Jamie, who was attentive and wrote down the sizes for us knowing we weren't purchasing in store on that day. That did not stop him being so lovely and he was brilliant with our children. I have been to clarks every year for school shoes for the last 6 years and there have been a mixed bag of experiences and this was the best one.

We have just visited the Bournemouth town centre store and was looked after by Kelly. We went in for school shoes for my daughter and we have to say she was absolutely amazing. Attentive, interested, experienced and ensured she was entirely happy with the fit. Would highly recommend and we will be going back to see Kelly again. We’ve bought school shoes for years and she is by far the best fitter we’ve come across

Kelly served me and was great nothing too much trouble and so knowledgeable so thank you Kelly:)
Store set out lovely and clean and tidy.
My only criticism would be that when I pass in mornings I feel so sorry that staff have to clear doorway of rough sleepers with needles cans and bedding that this could easily be solved with a roller shutter so can’t be in doorway. Hopefully Clark’s directors will resolve this as so unfair for such lovely staff.
