Onyi in the Trafford Centre in Manchester was amazing with our children really patient, friendly and helpful

Rashid was very helpful and professional at the selly oak branch.

We have been looked after spectacularly by Tom at the Plymouth branch of Clarks’, we just can’t thank him enough. My daughter has very unique and stubborn feet, suffers from anxiety and has always struggled getting school shoes to fit properly. Clarks’ has been the only store to provide my daughter with shoes with the comfort and support she needs throughout the school year. Tom went above and beyond to help us, to accommodate her needs and find her that pair of ‘shiny’ shoes she dreamed of. We cannot thank him enough for his care, efforts, patience and resilience throughout the 2 visits this summer in preparation for September. Tom has exceptional knowledge and is a complete star, we will totally recommend his services to anyone.

I went to the Grafton shop to look for some work boots. Webber was really lovely, patient and professional; she recommended several options to me. Thank you so much; she's a genia✨️!

Staff (Nina) was very helpful and friendly. Spent time to help us find the right shoe.

We visited the Clarks’ West Bromwich store to buy school shoes for both of our girls. Dinesh was superb. He took his time to explain the shoe fittings and reassured us when we were unsure about the best shoe sizes. Subsequently we bought 3 pairs of shoes.

We were served by Debbie who was so nice and really helpful (everyone there is to be fair). I don't think they do the old shoe recycling anymore which is a shame but otherwise you can't go wrong choosing Reading Clarks

Sam G at Middlebrook was absolutely brilliant with my autistic daughter. He was incredibly patient, kind and understanding, and made her feel comfortable and welcome. Staff like Sam really do make a difference. You need more people like him! Thank you, Sam.

Great support from Webber in Grafton Street. She help us with all the sizes and help us check if what we wanted was available in another shop. She also spoke Spanish which was a big plus as my mom didnt speak in English

Loui is amazing. My son is very sensitive and he was so patient and thoughtful. His customer service is outstanding, a real credit to the Telford store.

Hemi served us today at the Westfield store. She was brilliant with my fussy teenager when trying school shoes. She helped us with fitting and knew exactly what style my daughter was after. We came out with a lovely pair of shoes. Hemi made the normally painful school shoe buying process smooth and simple - thank you!

Jeff did such a good job of serving my children brought out a variety of styles which suited them best and showed me what shoe care to use aswell.

Visited Clark’s at Middlebrook and was served by Sam G who was absolutely fantastic. I have 3 children and one with SEN - Sam was kind, patient and knowledgeable - I have always shopped at Clark’s in the Trafford Centre not any more! Best experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been a Clark’s customer all my life! Sam you are an asset to Clark’s and Clark’s are lucky to have you Thanks so much! Went into the Southampton store today to get some school
Shoes for our lads. We were greeted by a lovely gent who worked there -Rich. He measured our boys feet (turns out they’ve got really wide feet). This made finding shoes the right size/width somewhat awkward, but Rich was all over it. Very helpful and patient and we eventually found some that the boys liked and fitted properly.
We got to the check out and paid, then I remembered I had a discount card we could’ve used. No problem for Rich, refunded the original then put the discount on. Despite the store being busy and short staffed, Rich did all he could and more for us. He pretty much single handedly turned the shopping trip everybody hates into a success story!!

Safa at the middlebrook store was amazing when helping us find school shoes for my little boy. We didn’t feel rushed at all, and she kept trying different shoes and different sizes to make sure we got the perfect fit. She wasn’t pushy, and let my little boy lead the transaction, going off what he felt was comfortable and what he liked. My little boy is a chatterbox, and she was chatting away with him, getting him excited for year 3 in school. She is a credit to the store and the company. Despite being busy, she took the time with us to make sure we left happy. Thank you safa :)

The shop was very busy but didn’t have to wait long, Jess served us, she was very friendly polite and patient. We were happy with the outcome thank you ☺️

Shopped at Bedford interchange today looking for school shoes for my grandson; Nawaz was very helpful & professional an asset to your team.

I visited the Clarks store on Argyle Street in Glasgow to look for new work shoes, but the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The entrance door was heavy and awkward to open, and once inside, there was no atmosphere at all — no music, no welcome, just silence except for three staff members loudly discussing their nights out. Their conversation and laughter dominated the entire shop floor and immediately felt off‑putting.

I had barely picked up a shoe when one of the assistants approached me. Already feeling uncomfortable with the environment, I said, “I’ll let you know if I need anything.” Shortly after, another customer entered the store and wasn’t approached at all. She looked equally put off and left within a minute.

I tried on a couple of shoes from the display, but the staff continued their loud conversation about their social life, making it difficult to focus or feel like a valued customer. I put the shoes back and left shortly after. It wasn’t the level of service or atmosphere I expect when shopping for more expensive footwear.

I was also disappointed by the limited range of Gore‑Tex and waterproof styles available. Overall, the visit didn’t reflect the quality or service I’ve previously experienced with Clarks.
