We had a fantastic experience at Clarks Cambridge in the children section. Our retail assistant, Maysie, was very knowledgeable and suggested the products that perfectly suited our needs. Maysie was lovely and patient with the children. We will definitely come back to buy in store.

Cambridge store 2nd August. Served by Aalok & Chloe. Fabulous service for our visually impaired child. He's 18 months old. He sees better in red and black. So Aalok and Chloe really took their time to try and find red or black shoes. Even showed online shoes we could order in if not in store. They really cared not just about fitting our sons shoes but took he's needs on to get the best colour match for his eyes. I highly recommend this store and staff. Thank you.

The Cambridge store, where Rona assisted us for a pair of walking shoes, was an overall good experience. Rona was knowledgeable, communicative and efficient, not pushy. She proposed us a care kit, which for us was the right choice at the right moment. She also responded positively to our linguistic question. We think she’s a great asset to the store.

Great experience purchasing back-to-school shoes for both of my daughters. The Cambridge store was busy, but we were seen very quickly and both daughters picked a pair of shoes with the kind and attentive help of Sophie! Thank you!

Excellent service from Rona at the Cambridge store

Bought school shoes for my daughter yesterday in the Clarks in Cambridge. Rose, the assistant, was apparently new but did a good job of helping very patiently with the many different styles and varieties we tried due to my daughter's awkward feet size/shape. I like that they have a tablet they can use to send out to the stock room for the various sizes.

Clark's isn't the cheapest, but for something as important yet tricky as children's feet, they have the breadth of sizes/widths that you just can't get elsewhere and I value my children's feet too much to go anywhere else!

Mary was very polite and professional. She understood what we wanted exactly and delivered beautifully. Would definitely visit again.

Rishel at Cambridge Clarks store was fantastic. Despite the children's section of the store being very full, she remained calm and managed us all very well. She gave good advice and my children are happy with their new trainers.

We had our daughter’s feet measured on thurday ready for school at the Cambridge Clark’s branch.
We were extremely well looked after by the most amazing assistant called Abin
I could not speak highly enough of our experience with Abin,he went above and beyond to get everything right for my very fussy 7 year old. I think in the end he got every style of shoe in a wide width. He was so extremely patient and fantastic with her.
We always get our kids shoes from Clark’s and although it’s always a great experience,I have to say that Abin went that little extra and I really hope he will be there in the future.
He insisted on my daughter trying other sizes in different styles and was just fantastic and made me feel so relaxed about my daughter trying so many diffent pairs on.
So a massive thank you to you Abin if you get to read this. You are an incredible human being.

A charming young French girl called Alec at the Cambridge branch. She was very helpful and generous with her time and gave some great advice.

Excellent service provided by Clark’s. Herbert was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have a child with awkward shape feet who hates shoe shopping. Mahak in the Cambridge store was so kind and friendly and nothing was a bother. Every time she went off to find yet another pair of shoes, including in neighbouring sizes, similar styles when one was available, etc, my child was saying “she’s so lovely”. Absolute 5* service - and we even found a pair of shoes to fit. Child’s quote: “The best assistant you could ever have - she should be a teacher, she is so kind”

I visited Clarkes in Cambridge yesterday, and as usual I received Excellent service. I would like to say a special thank you to Rona, who looked after me. She also alerted me to other products that would protect my trainers, and make them look like new for longer, so thanks Rona. I always recommend family and friends to Clarks, as they are very good quality.

I went to the shop on Friday, about 15mins before closing. I asked the lady who was there for 3 pairs of shoes in my size. Shop was completely empty apart from one person who walked in after I asked for my shoes. I waited for good 5 minutes if not more (while the lady was chatting to the other customer) before lathe lady came back to me and told me that it’s too close to closing time and they won’t be bringing shoes to me anymore. No one said anything when we first walked in or when I asked for different size shoes. Very poor service, worst I’ve seen at Clark’s for sure
