Outstanding customer service. Tatiana went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to purchase the perfect shoes for my feet, and the intended occasion for them. Tatiana enabled me to take my time, offer a solution to any size issues with the first pair of shoes tried on.

Went in there today with two pairs of sandals in mind that I saw on the website that the Didcot store had in stock. The sandals weren't on display (it's November), but Katherine was very helpful and not only got them for me, but got me some other similar pairs to try that I actually loved more and bought them. Very happy with the customer service and the quality of the shoes.

Fabulous service

I was served today by Ilya and Ben to help my 7 yr old daughter get school shoes. She finds shoes very difficult and uncomfortable, so it was quite an ordeal to find a pair she was happy with.
Ben brought multiple pairs out and Ilya was very patient and understanding with her trying them on.
I was extremely grateful for their patience and understanding.

Bought a lovely, stylish pair of boots today. Great fit and quality.
My first purchase from Clarks since school shoes (it's been a while). Almost better than the boots was the excellent customer service from Kat in the Didcot store. Charming and upbeat, she really enhanced the experience. Next time I need shoes, I'll be back to see her. And I won't leave it 50 years this time.

Just entered to see the new season kid shoes and then realised that was sale on some product. Katrine was very friendly and helpful. She measured my kid’s feet then checked their stock and brought some nice boots in sale for the size that we were looking for. For mums, shopping experience with a kid is not easy, she facilitated with her service and smile. I recommend Didcot Clark store

Very happy with the service we received when visiting the Didcot store today.
I was expecting to be turned away for fitting without a pre-booked appointment. We were seen to almost immediately and little ones feet measured. Keira brought out a range of suitable shoes and helped with fitting. Ended up purchasing two as she brought out a clearance pair so was super chuffed considering how much they cost for tiny shoes!

Kathrine was absolutely amazing at our recent trip to Clarks. She corrected a different stores mistake and was extremely helpful when I explained all the mix ups. It took us quite some time to sort through some system issues so she gave my boys some colouring to do while she patiently rectified everything.
