Today at hammersmith i served by Natalie, She was incredible with her customer service and attention to detail about my needs and preference. Absolutely loved her efforts and I got exactly what I wanted ❤️ ♥️ ❤️

My children are autistic and struggle with staggers let alone getting touched by a stranger. All the staff at Hammersmith Clarks are brilliant and go over and beyond to ensure that my son gets the same opportunities as other children. Fantastic staff especially Natalia

Ordered 4x pairs of shoes on-line 'Click and Collect'. They all arrived promptly in the local Clarks shop. Three pairs were fine and fitted well. I was immediately credited for the pair I didn't want.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Overall a very good experience.
And the shoes? I'm very pleased.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Amara and her team at the Clarks store in Hammersmith who went above and beyond to be helpful and correct a mistake. Even going past the limitations that they could do to ensure I was sorted out and the service provided was excellent, I would even go as far to say as one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer. Thank you again and I would recommend anyone to give the Hammersmith store I look if you want great service.

My experience at the Hammersmith Clark’s was absolutely amazing due to a lovely & kind salesperson Nasima she went above & beyond assisting me with the correct size & colour to purchase the new season collection loafers as this is one of the reason…. I’m a returning customer as there are many options with Clark’s when it comes to size fitting & the comfort is truly heavenly with extra cushioning to support soles of feet.
