My almost three year old was too scared go near the shop- terrified to get her feet measured. Amna went over and beyond to accommodate and make the experience not only possible but enjoyable for her.
Really appreciated the service and we came away with a very nice pair of trainers for her birthday.

This lovely young gentlemen called Adam , helped me precisely choose the perfect shoes for my grandson . He was so kind and polite and took as much time as I needed . Although his young age , he didn’t once come across immature but as fully grown adult

I never write a review but I actually went back into the shop to ask for the ladies name. Elena gave me the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. From walking in there was no pushy sale but she genuinely wanted to just help. I walked out with new boots and the biggest smile on my face! Thank you very much for your help. Everyone in the shop was fantastic and I’ll be using Clark’s in Hemel again

Travelled from Luton to Hemel to get my three young children some shoes. We arrived at 15.30 on Sunday, now I completely understand the store shuts at 16.00 (that’s half a hour) but to be completely refused service is unacceptable! Apparently they didn’t have time to fit shoes for my children, even though I already knew what shoes I was planning on buying. Two other customers came in during and after us and were served!? The lady was trying to be over nice about it but was clearly being fake. I get she wants to leave on time but serving other customers is a little unfair and considering they get paid to serve customers until their shift finishes. That’s over £100 I won’t be spending in that store! I won’t be returning.

Went to buy my daughter's first school shoes and Sophie was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, took her time and talked us through the thought process so we made an informed decision. If you're looking for someone who is great with kids and parents - Sophie is your woman!

Fast delivery, had to return as ordered the wrong type of shoe went to the store and there was no quibble.

Went with my two grandchildren. There was only 1 pair of shoes in my 3 year olds size and absolutely no pairs at all for my 1 year. Had to buy them online, which I normally don't do. 5* for the measuring and nice member of staff. Really think you need to get enough stock in to serve your community

Sue is just FANTASTIC! We got our little ones shoes measured in January and had the best service from sue then that we had to come back and get her measured again by her in clarks and buy her some new shoes. She's full of knowledge, amazing with children and is just amazing
