Went to Leeds Trinity Clarks and had a great experience, Laura and Grace were incredibly helpful and personable.

We had a wonderful experience at the Clarks store in Northampton town centre today. A special thank you to Charlotte, who was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She patiently helped us choose our shoes and shoe care products, always with a lovely smile. Her genuine kindness and warm attitude made our shopping experience so much better. Thank you, Charlotte! You’re a real credit to the team!

I had occasion to visit Clark’s store in Bath on 10 October 2026 looking to change a pair of boys runners which had been purchased by his grandfather 6 weeks previously and had developed a fault. I had no receipt but Ella went above and beyond to help me. I wish to express my deep gratitude to her and her manager for the way they helped us. Excellent customer service, wish there was more of it.

Great service from Smita lots of help and patience

Went to the GUILDFORD branch on 12/10/2026 with my 16mnth old son to get him his first shoes. We were served by Georgia who was extremely attentive and helpful, managed to get my son to calmly have his feet measured before helping us pick out a pair of trainers and wellies which he joyfully paraded around the store! Very impressed, a standard of customer service rarely seen nowadays.

Rashid was very helpful and friendly. He gave me excellent service and made the shopping experience really pleasant.

Good customer service, threw in a couple of extras for less than the shoe cost, altogether. Rashid was pleasant to interact with.

I visited the store on Westfield Stratford today and had a great experience. When making my way to the counter to ask to try a couple of pairs of boots I was greeted by a happy and helpful Hemi who when above and beyond to help me find the right size (including measuring my feet, something I don't think I've had done since a kid) and trying insoles to get the right fit in a desert boot.
The exact boot I wanted wasn't in stock but was ordered for delivery at home with ease and we took the insoles, a wax/oil balm and they had a 3 for 2 so my wife picked an umbrella.
Hemi was super helpful and made the whole experience above and beyond with their service and standout from the other stores we visited.

I recently purchased two pairs of trainers from Clarks, the Brockwood Lace Olive and Motion Trek PT Dark Tan Lea, both in size 11 wide fit, taking advantage of the Buy 2, Get 20% Off offer.

I’m very pleased with both pairs. The quality and fit are excellent, and the wide fit option is comfortable straight out of the box.

What impressed me most was the delivery. My order confirmation gave an estimated arrival date of 30th September, but the trainers actually arrived the very next day after ordering on 25th September. That was a pleasant surprise and far quicker than expected.

Great products, excellent value with the discount, and outstanding delivery service. I would happily order from Clarks again and highly recommend them.

I visited your establishment today in Cardiff city centre, and a young gentlemen called Ash helped me pick a pair of sandles which I purchased. Honestly I tried on a lot of pairs nothing was to much bother for him, he was very professional, helpful and didn’t rush me. His customer service was 100% and I really do feel he went above and beyond for me. I really do hope Ash from St. Davids centre Cardiff gets recognition for this has he truly deserves to and what a credit to your company many thanks

I received incredibly personalised service from Arjan in Bedford, Interchange. Even though I walked into the shop just half an hour before closing time, he served me as if I were the first customer of the day, greeting me warmly and offering to help. He took the time to talk me through the best shoe choice for my specific comfort and needs, measuring my feet to ensure an accurate fit. This professional standard of customer care is exactly what has been missing from modern retail. Keep it up!

We had a wonderful experience at Clark’s Bedford branch. We really appreciated how patient, kind and accommodating she was towards the child in our care. She (Ahlam) took the time to adjust things to accommodate his needs, spoke to us all with such kindness, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. She even offered us a space to sit, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

The store was accessible, welcoming and accommodating, and we felt treated with genuine care and respect. It’s lovely to experience customer service that is so inclusive and considerate. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one!

Ella in Carmarthen made our experience an absolute breeze. She was incredible with our toddler, and was so welcoming. She suggested a handful of shoes that would see him through winter, explained the fit and measurements to us, and was such a lovely girl to have serve us in store. Ella, we can’t thank you enough, you’re an absolute star!

Ciaran in the Grafton St, Dublin branch is great. Very helpful, polite and friendly. 10/10.
