Friendly staff, I was served by "Mo" today at the Clarks store in Torquay. A breath of fresh air and good old fashioned, "Personal Service" from Mo to find what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so nice to be treated like a guest rather than a number. Well done Mo and full marks for Clarks!!

Total crap since they have moved to China. Used to buy their shoes. Crap now. Really poor quality.

I have walked past Clarks shoe shop in Forestside Belfast so many times but this is the first time I made a purchase. I was helped by an exceptional member of staff named Clare. At no point did I feel pressurised into making a purchase. We had a perfectly civil conversation that lead to me trying on a pair of shoes.
I always have reservations about the correct size and width of any shoe. Clare understood my predicament and measured my feet. The shoes I had picked out made me ask the question of width. Clare immediately found out all the information for me and I was ready to try them on.
They were like placing your feet on clouds. Absolutely perfect.
The transaction was complete and I was delighted with my purchase.
Clare really stood out to me as a genuine and authetic individual who treated me with compassion, kindness, respect and the utmost professionalism.
I do hope you get acknowledged Clare as your manner was excellent and I feel you are an excellent ambassador for Clarks

If I could rate higher than a 5 I would! Will was absolutely brilliant; they were very knowledgable about their products and nothing was too much for them.

Jade was very helpful and friendly to both my young children. Sorted out correct sizes and was very patient. Great stuff.

My £99 work shoes broke the 12th time I wore them. And without being able to tell them the exact date I bought them, they will not refund me, even though the shoes clearly have not been worn much. All very annoying. (The sole has come off at the front, and flaps)

Tracy and her team at Clarks Wilmslow were brilliant. I found the very last pair of leopard print shoes at their store and not only did they hold it for me but provided an impeccable customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done courteously and with a smile. 5 stars!

Bought shoes for a wedding and wore them inside for a couple of days to make sure all ok. Wore them for the wedding and had blisters on both heels. One actually bled. Contacted customer service who could not care less and just said as I’ve worn them outside, nothing they can do. No ownership of this is a design flaw with their shoe and I now can’t wear them. Waste of time. Don’t buy Clark’s men’s shoes ever

A very helpful lady called Steph helped me choose some shoes for my autistic grandson. Another helpful lady (the Manageress?) organised the discount for me, even though I forgot to mention it before paying - excellent customer service at the Worthing store!

I would like to thank Safa for her kindness whilst making sure she used her knowledge and experience to measure and fit my granddaughter with the correct fitted shoes. Most pleasant young lady.

Moseley brown patent boots. Gorgeous patent, wore them 3 times, top seams cracked and the patent came off. The fake wood heel scuffed to reveal white also. Really disappointed. Got a refund, but Clarks need to up their material game. I thought £99 was enough to last a good few years through autumn and winter.

On approaching the Harlow store at the Waterworks it was clean. I only saw 1 member of staff on the shop floor who was very attentive(Robbie). Robbie came over to serve me as I was doing a return. He greeted me. He was friendly and was smiling(naturally) throughout our whole interaction. This is not the 1st time he's served me and gave outstanding customer service. He's great at his job. He's polite, friendly, approachable and very informative. I had once again a great experience. Thank you Robbie and the Harlow team

Bought a pair of clarke mens slip on shoes, from telford town centre. I was served by helen. What a lovely woman had time to listen to my needs when it comes to choosing a pair of shoes. Will make clarkes my number one choice in the future and thankyou helen x .

Tracy at Wilmslow. Absolutely suoerb with all customers. Resolved some of my issues and shared a very enjoyable 10 minutes. Great service

Be warned that this store will not measure your children’s feet after around 7pm, instead you will be left to fit your owns children’s shoes.

The staff attitude is appalling, the Manager actually falsely accused me of swearing in front of my children. I’d merely pointed out there is little point being open for children to an assistant that refused to help. He acted on and repeated information for where he wasn’t present.

My children were left traumatised and I felt it my duty to report to Clarks requesting a full investigation. If that ever happened I won’t know as I had to chase up for progress with a poor response of we’ve followed up in line with our policy. I’m actually considering legal action as the experience was distressing to the children and that behaviour shouldn’t be tolerated in a shop that serves children.

I won’t be using Clarks again and there are alternatives that provide a better overall experience.

Paul at the Belfast store was super helpful. Got a pair of dress shoes and I’m super happy with it.

I went to clarks (marble arch)to bye a spécifier pair of shoes.
Unfortunally they didn't have my size.
BUT,Rosie the salewomen made a great job to find it and order it from the wharehouse!
She was really helpfull and carefull by making sure i order the perfect size!
She made sure i left the store happy!
By going above and beyond Rosie is a really good customer service lady!
