Excellent service from Hannah today
Excellent service from Hannah today. She was fantastic with my son and was very patient when helping to teach him how to tie his laces.
Sales assistant High Wycombe store
Booked three fitting appointments for three children in the High Wycombe store, the lady we had wasn't interested in helping at all, she measured their feet with their foot right up close to their bums, it was a strange angle to do it at then she complained that they hadn't got their foot in right. We were made to feel like an inconvenience and a nuisance as she had to go upstairs for my older child's shoes and the first pair she came back with were too big, the second too small and she huffed that she had to go upstairs again. Luckily the older one was sensible enough to say how the shoes feel because she was saying they were a perfect fit, it makes me wonder if the smaller ones do fit him right. I've had this lady before and she was extremely unhelpful then too, I had my toddler getting her first walker shoes so she was unable to say how they fit at all. It makes you ask why do the job if you don't want to be there, and why keep someone that can't do the job right?

Marcello = best sales representative
Marcello was a great help. I wasn’t sure what I was doing or which shoes to pick but he guided me with professionalism and care and made sure I picked the right shoe with the right care products to make sure I am well equipped to look after said shoes.
Customers not welcomed at the store?
Made me feel like I was a nuisance not a customer. Lack of interest, not engaging, such a a different experience from the shop in Maidenhead. The lady wasn’t even interested in staying with us whilst my son tried the shoes on.

Five star customer service
After a very unpleasant visit to Clark's store in Pinner I rang the High Wycombe store (I had been there last summer to buy school shoes for my grandchildren) for advice. I spoke with a very pleasant store manager called Matt. He invited us along to his store where he gave us five star service. He measured my granddaughter's feet and took time to explain which style of shoe suited her feet best. With new school shoes and trainers I left the store with a very happy child. Even though we do not live locally we will make the journey to this store for any future purchases. A well stocked store with very welcoming and helpful staff.
Thankyou Matt
