I visited your establishment today in Cardiff city centre, and a young gentlemen called Ash helped me pick a pair of sandles which I purchased. Honestly I tried on a lot of pairs nothing was to much bother for him, he was very professional, helpful and didn’t rush me. His customer service was 100% and I really do feel he went above and beyond for me. I really do hope Ash from St. Davids centre Cardiff gets recognition for this has he truly deserves to and what a credit to your company many thanks

I received incredibly personalised service from Arjan in Bedford, Interchange. Even though I walked into the shop just half an hour before closing time, he served me as if I were the first customer of the day, greeting me warmly and offering to help. He took the time to talk me through the best shoe choice for my specific comfort and needs, measuring my feet to ensure an accurate fit. This professional standard of customer care is exactly what has been missing from modern retail. Keep it up!

We had a wonderful experience at Clark’s Bedford branch. We really appreciated how patient, kind and accommodating she was towards the child in our care. She (Ahlam) took the time to adjust things to accommodate his needs, spoke to us all with such kindness, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. She even offered us a space to sit, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

The store was accessible, welcoming and accommodating, and we felt treated with genuine care and respect. It’s lovely to experience customer service that is so inclusive and considerate. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one!

Ella in Carmarthen made our experience an absolute breeze. She was incredible with our toddler, and was so welcoming. She suggested a handful of shoes that would see him through winter, explained the fit and measurements to us, and was such a lovely girl to have serve us in store. Ella, we can’t thank you enough, you’re an absolute star!

I was in Clarks Chippenham collecting an item for a co worker. Lee helped me find the item and explained everything there is to know about it. Very kind and helpful man

Fantastic customer service, the ladies in the Barnsley shop are very helpful, kind and patient. Karen it said on the receipt, and another lady in the shop, made sure I got the trainers I needed that fit comfortable, by recommending the ones I needed and the bringing me lots of choices. My husband was so impressed how she patient and helpful she was, he ended up buying himself some boots too.

I visited Clark’s shop in Wilmslow, Cheshire on 6 October looking for a similar pair of casual shoes to the ones which I bought from Clark’s some time ago. New styles were obviously available but I did like my old ones which were fine for me and very comfy. I do realise that designs have to change each year but Tracy in the shop was super-cheery and helpful, she suggested that if I brought in my old ones she would try to hunt down another pair online if they were still available. This I did the next day (7 October), she immediately checked on her laptop and found that there 2 pairs of Courtlite2 Olive Nubuck shoes in different UK shops. Needless to say I was delighted and happily bought both pairs. I collected the first pair from your shop in Wilmslow today (8 October) and will pick up the second pair from the local Royal Mail sorting office tomorrow morning.
Tracy and the other lady in your shop were most helpful & pleasant - a credit to your company, please thank Tracy for a most professional bit of selling. It made my day!😊

She was so patient helping me to purchase some ankle boots after having foot surgery. She was knowledgeable about her products and was able to help me with a comfortable fit in a stylish pair of boots. We tried on many styles. Very happy with my experience

Popped into Clarks at Fosse Park Leicester this morning for some trainers. Assistant Talisha was on hand to help me. I needed to try several different sizes to get the right fit. Talisha was gappy to check stock & bring various sizes/style to assist me in finding thr best fit. Happy with my new trainers
