I was helped by Lyn21 who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the shoes but not pushy, the shoes look special and are so lightweight and weii made i will be shopping at Clarks again with its traditional attitudes thank you

We were met by a very helpful assistant called Laila at the Lowestoft branch of Clarkes. The staff are clearly trained well when it comes to fitting children's shoes. It's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, good quality product and great service

Zoe and Ella were absolutely wonderful with my daughter this morning. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The fitting service was through and they had infinite patience! We will return and recommend Clark’s Lowestoft to our friends. Thank you!

We had a trip in to the Lowestoft store today to purchase our little boys first pair of shoes. Lynzi was lovely and welcoming, interacted lovely with our little boy making him smile and gentle in her approach so much so that he was full of smiles and keen to walk around in all the different pairs of shoes that were made available for us to try. Lynzi got a second person to double check the fit of the shoe on our little boy as it didn’t have the right width from the measurement but fitted him well. Really couldn’t have been more helpful and made it a lovely first experience for us. Thank you, we will be back again in the future

Laura at our local Lowestoft Clarks was great! - she made buying school shoes for our Son effortless. She really listened to what he wanted and quickly found him the right pair.

On a very busy ‘school shoe buying’ day in Clarks, our sales assistant was really friendly and efficient. She made our first school shoe buying experience stress free and easy.

Went into Lowestoft branch today to have my son who has special needs fitted for school shoes. As usual service was brilliant. We saw Tania today who was lovely and patient. A great asset to your company.

We took our daughter to Clarks today to get some shoes and Trinity was so friendly and helpful. All the staff are really kind and we had an amazing experience!

Busiest time of the year with children requiring school shoes, and we were looked after by the lovely Laura who made every effort and went the extra mile to look after us, very grateful for her professionalism and efficiency, as children are not always the most patient. I purchased a pair of Nalle Lace shoes from Clarks last January for work. These were so comfy and hard wearing that I was in need of a new pair. Having looked online yesterday, I visited the store today to get my feet re-measured and to see different colour options as I was undecided. Laila was welcoming, helpful and friendly and I left there with new shoes and would recommend Clarks Lowestoft following this visit.

We popped in to get to my daughter her first pair of school shoes. Despite being busy they told us to find a space and start looking and someone will be with us shortly. Soon after we met Laura. She was super nice, good with both my daughters and my nephew. She brought additional options my daughter might like should her original choice not fit. Despite the busyness of the store Laura didn’t make us feel rushed, taking the time to give us advice on the care of the shoes and the appropriate products. Highly recommend.

We arrived at Clark’s for our appointment and unfortunately they had a backlog and were running behind. I explained my son had additional needs and Zoe was very helpful and found a quiet part of the store for us to sit and got some crayons and colouring sheets for them to do and massively helped and we avoided a melt down. Trinity who done our measurements and got us our shoes was very helpful and engaging with the kids. The only thing I would say is can more of the shoes come in narrow fitting for the girls every year we struggle to get my daughter shoes hers are extra narrow a D and can never get a D only a E and even then there was only one pair of shoes in that size. My son also didn’t get any choice and he is standard an F and ended up with the same pair as last year.

Lovely visit to Lowestoft store today. Trinity was great and patient. Quick, easy visit and one less thing to worry about before school starts.

Shopping for school shoes has never been easy but Laura at the Lowestoft store made our visit really easy. We were well looked after and listened to when it came to choosing shoe styles. Needless to say, our experience was really positive and school shoes were sorted quickly. 10/10 all round.

I went into the Lowestoft store today to get my grandchildren sized up for shoes and pick there new school shoes, and was served by a lovely young lady named Trinity, she was very professional in helping my grandchildren pick out there perfect shoes. Fantastic shop and lovely people that work in there, thank you Trinity for making it such a lovely experience.

We went in for school shoes today at the Lowestoft store. There was an expected wait for school shoe fitting but lots of staff were working on keeping waiting time to a minimum. We were helped by Laila, who was very knowledgeable and thorough fitting our two boys, as well as being very friendly! She also made us aware of all of the cleaning products and other deals. Great service, thank you.
