I was looking for a pair of comfy holiday sandals in the Clark’s shop in Oldham. I need wide fit and Zak was so helpful in finding the best size to fit. The colour I preferred wasn’t in the shop so she ordered them and I can pick them up in a few days. Can’t wait to wear them!

Communication all the way through process quick no mess friendly staff in store when collected

I took my twins into the Oldham store to get their feet measured and get their first shoes. They were 2 months premature so we missed out on so many first with them being in hospital so I wanted to do some things like this properly. The team were amazing we were seen by Chloe first who measured them and was so patient when my girl twin was getting upset and then Jayne helped us choose some options. It felt overwhelming to pick what would be best for them as they are at different stages walking wise and Jayne was lovely and asked me what style I wanted/liked and brought out 4 options each so it narrowed the search and we choose some beautiful but practical shoes for them both. My boy twin loved it and my girl twin was a little unsure and got upset but Jayne was literally fabulous at bringing her round and she was smiling by the end. Thanks so much to the team it means so much when you make these first experiences so special.

Was served by Gill what great service very knowledgeable friendly and went above and beyond to find the perfect shoes for us.

Bought some boots today for my Mum and Jayne was absolutely fantastic, she was really busy but so patient and polite with us and everyone else.. Clark’s have got an absolute gem with Jayne.

Majeda at the Oldham branch made our experience excellent. She was so professional and friendly with my son when we were measured and purchased school shoes. I felt we were really cared for and I really trusted the recommendations we were given about his shoes.

Ordered online,Out of five pairs, only one pair of shoes were too small, a quick exchange at the local store sorted that issue out, quick and easy ☺️

Bilal at the Oldham Clark’s was extremely helpful. He fitted my boy and girl school shoes. He made sure they fitted right and was comfortable for them. Bilal had excellent customer service he was very polite and friendly. He even helped my mum with a pair of sandals. Service like this makes you want to go back. He really made my kids happy.

We came back to the Oldham branch to purchase my son's shoes. We looked around different shops and decided to come back to Clarks Oldham purely on the basis of the staff being so helpful. Particularly Gill who once again was massively helpful.

I booked a fitting for my children at the Oldham store to get school shoes. The assistant was nice and friendly and measured their feet. I said my son wanted lace up shoes for secondary school but was told they only had velcro shoes in his size but there were other children in the store trying on lace up shoes so this was confusing. Plus I intentionally went early August so I was disappointed they had no stock. I had the same issue with my daughter, not one shoe in her size, not even one to try on. I ended up ordering online but wasn't given this option by the assistant. I have been a clarks customer for years but not having any stock this early before the school term makes me think to try elsewhere next August

Very easy to talk to and help my son pick his school shoes and kept him entertained asking about school and his fav football team , to be fair the rest of the team is as just as nice and polite friendly Jane and chole

Visted the oldham branch and was met by 2 lovely young men they were very polite and professional. And good with my 4yr old who was having his feet measured for shoes . Nothing was to much trouble for them and they tried my boy in the best shoes. He was a very happy little boy when we left . There names were Johirul and Sam . They were both amazing thank you boys. There was a reluctancy from the other staff members at Oldham to support me with my possible purchase. It lacked a personable approach. Dare I say it, avoid serving the brown people. However, that is precisely how it felt and I wasn’t very impressed. It was a very hands off approach and that has really set a bad impression for me.

However, Umen was very patient and forthcoming when it came to providing an enjoyable customer experience. She measured both of my children. Her demeanor was exemplary. I leave 5 star not for Clark’s but for Umen. She delivered great customer service.

Alvera and Chloe was very helpful in finding me a pair of sandals for my holiday and Chloe has helped me another occasion with footwear would recommend Oldham spindles Clarks .

Came to Oldham Clarks store to have my sons feet measured and get new shoes. The assistant who helped us, Chlo, was really friendly and made an effort to engage with my son helping him through the process.

Our two year old toddler always gets upset when having his feet measured. Today, Jayne at Oldham Clarkes was excellent at making him feel at ease, and although there were a couple of tears, they were high fiving at the end and he wanted to say goodbye when we left. We were very happy and will continue returning to the store in the future.
