Nadia was very helpful
Nadia was very helpful, experienced, non-confrontational and understanding. We went in to get kids shoes - she gently measured his feet, recommended the perfect pair of shoes and even helped me to put his shoes back on. Very kind and thoughtful. Also, recommended a needed product to prolong the shoe life, which I would not have known about.

Fantastic customer service!
I took my daughter into the Queensgate store to get her feet measured and the staff were brilliant! Clare helped to make my daughter feel at ease and the whole process from measuring her feet to finding the perfect shoe was excellent. Clare was very friendly and patient with us. The staff members were very welcoming and polite and I would highly recommend this store.
