Today I went to Aylesbury Clark’s to find the right school shoes for my daughter. My daughter has a very picky for the size of the shoes. However, there is a staff, who helped us for the entire time. Even when she is struggling with the size for a long time, he helped us and listened to us with his amazing and patient customer service for the whole time. I would say he is amazing and very helpful. Happy that Clark’s has this amazing staff. We are 200% satisfied for the experience. His name is Benjamin (Aylesbury)

The assistant, Hanaa A, at the Derby shop was excellent. She listened and communicated very well. She measured my daughter's feet and showed us some wide feet shoes. She was super polite, friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the great service Hanaa.

If I could rate the online teams customer service no stars I would.
One of the worst i have experienced.
They cut customer off don’t call customers. Please don’t use the online website they don’t send order don’t tell you they are not going to send your order.

Every single person who works here are absolutely amazing so kind helpful and will go above and beyond for you will always go to middlebrook so very helpful take my little all the time v little x

We went to the Tandem Centre Wimbledon and our customer service assistant Farhana was incredibly helpful. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help us find new school shoes for our daughter and walking shoes for our toddler.

We went to the Bolton Middlebrook store today for our booked appointment for school shoes. My daughter has two slightly different sized feet so we needed to try on multiple shoes to see which fit was best. Awal who assisted was incredibly patient and helpful, ensuring we found shoes my daughter loved but that were also functional and comfortable. Very happy with the service and will continue to use Clarks for school shoes.

Bought our school shoes today, Amy at Middlebrook was super helpful and kind with the kids, gave useful advice about insoles with my daughter who is difficult to fit well. Great service

Kayleigh the store manager was so efficient! Kara measured the children’s feet was very kind and super patient despite the numerous customers around her. Children got their feet measured and shoes bought super quick even in this stressful back to school shopping frenzy x

Petty on Clarks to make parents to join or sign up for newsletter and sms alerts for £10 offer. Then to say in fine prints on another page it says this is not applicable on school products. It was a trust on the produ t. Butno longer i will purchase anythng from them

Ali at Clark’s middlebrook was a great help, nothing was too much of an ask, he knew his stuff and was really pleasant throughout

After having my daughter measured by 3 other shoe shops and having no luck with a correct fit, I came to Clark’s in Selly Oak where Maria was absolutely brilliant - so knowledgeable, honest and helpful.
Maria took her time to measure my daughter and listened to the difficulties we’d had elsewhere. She explained why she thought we’d had the problems and said she would do her best to ensure my daughter was able to find a pair of shoes ready to start secondary school.
Maria was friendly and reassuring throughout and talked directly to my daughter about why the correct fit is so important.
We had success and my daughter was delighted when she got home and tried her shoes on with her new school uniform - they are perfect in fit and also look great too!
Thank you to Maria for excellent customer service - we would certainly recommend the store based on our experience.

I visited Clark’s Eastbourne in East Sussex with my 7yr old Autistic Grandson for new school shoes.
Although we booked an appointment the store was very busy.
I had a quiet word in Jacks ear who was measuring, telling him about my Grandson.
Jack was amazing with him and spoke to him clearly and with such understanding and empathy.
Anya who then found the correct size and fit was also so understanding.
Both were young employees who totally got my Grandson and made what could have been a traumatic experience, positive and fun.

Leah was fantastic, really patient and went through lots of options with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Great at upselling too ended up buying more than I came in for!

One of the best Clarks experiences I’ve had in my life and this was mainly down to the young man who served me named Jeff at the Wolverhampton store. Jeff was persistent and constantly providing excellent recommendations for my 9 year old daughter and we left the store thoroughly pleased. This young man will go right to the very top

Carmarthen store. Even though didn’t have an appt was seen straight away by Macsen (who looks like Steve Irwin’s son) was very surprised he knew what he was talking about and was great with my daughter fitting shoes and even up sold me extra product. Also had chat with Sarah who was also nice. Come on Clark’s bring back more stores and more choice in teen shoes. Your colleagues aren’t letting you down invest in the company.
