Chantelle at Rushden Lakes store was fantastic this morning with our 7 year olds new school shoes. Our daughter knows what she likes and Chantelle listened and communicated so well we have a very happy soon to be Year 3 girl!

Just disappointed with Clark’s lack of choice of school shoe options this year. Less designs for children to choose from and stock was limited with several designs being unable to be ordered even online.

I visited your Rushden Lakes branch on the 2nd Aug looking for a pair of school shoes for teenage daughter. Chantelle approached us and I explained the challenge. Said teenager was not keen to have feet measured as had measured up 6 months ago but Chantelle managed to explain that there was nothing to lose by doing it again as well as the importance of having shoes that fit correctly . She found us a pair that was acceptable in no time and we were in and out in a very short time.
She also told us it was her second shift there. Well, you would not have known that. She is a credit to your team and also well done Clarks for inducting her well!

Jasmine at Rushden Lakes was awesome. I really liked shopping with her and she helped me with everything I needed. I would recommend visiting this store.

We were greeted by Frankie at Rushden Lakes store. What a beautiful girl so friendly and helpful.

Mhairi was amazing at rushden lakes with my son who has sensory needs, she was patient and so understanding of his needs. She directed all her questions to him and helped him find the perfect shoe for him (he has never worn a school shoe since starting school) he cannot wait to wear them. Mhairi, thank you so much.

I visited Clarks at Rushden Lakes, Northamptonshire. Frankie gave me absolutely fantastic service - nothing was too much trouble for her. The shoes I selected did not fit comfortably so Frankie suggested ordering a different size in one pair, and after checking her IPad, suggested she could order a wide fit in the other pair I liked. This is what I did. Thank you, Frankie. You gave me the best service in a shop for many, many years.
My only disappointment was that Frankie was not working when I collected my order!

Mhairi was super professional, helpful & knowledgeable greeting every customer indivudually as they walked in! Excellent up-seller too. I forgot the shoe spray I bought and she came running after me as I’d left the store. Mhairi is an amazing ambassador for your store! Thank you xo

I was super impressed with the service during my recent visits to Clarks in Rushden. Despite the store being EXTREMELY busy, the assistant Mhairi was was incredibly attentive, welcoming and even went the extra mile to explain the options we had as the colour and size were not available in store and almost sold out! Even though I wasn’t ready to make a purchase at the time, the level of care and attention my daughter and I received was exceptional and never compromised.

I returned shortly after and was served by the manager, Nichola, who was equally helpful. She assisted with placing an online order and clearly explained the after-sales care process.

All round, it was a top-notch experience. Well done to the entire team at Rushden – you made shoe shopping a real pleasure!

We visited Clark’s at Rushden lakes on a very busy bank holiday Monday and Mhairi eventually got to serve us as it was half hour wait due to business. Mhairi couldn’t have been more patient and helpful as my 2 year old granddaughter doesn’t like wearing socks she built up a lovely rapport with her chatting away and putting her at ease. Despite how many other people Mhairi must have seen that day she made us feel special. Top marks to Mhairi.

Excellent service from Mhairi today, she was wonderful with my daughter who left VERY pleased with her new shoes.

Mhairi in particular was SUPER friendly very understanding and empathetic also knew what she was doing due to my son having extra wide feet and sizing up, my son has severe AUDHD and sometimes new shoes can be difficult, she was so patient and calm made my son feel at ease got the shoes sized up great, bought down a selection for us to look at in and out the shopping 15 mins thank you very much! I’ll be asking for her personally next time!

Visited the Rushden Lakes shop today for shoe fitting to find my son some new school shoes as his current Clarks ones had worn out after much wear. We were helped by Mhairi, who was excellent! She was extremely patient and kind to my son, who struggles with sensory issues with new shoes feeling too tight. Mhairi checked his
current shoes he was wearing that he finds very comfortable to give her an idea of what style and fit we needed.
She helped us find the correct school shoe while talking and listening to a very happy, chatty 7 year old.
A big thanks to Mhairi!

Staff were very helpful and got me right size of boots and shoes.

I visited the Rushden Lakes Store over the weekend with my sister who wanted to buy some boots. My sister has learning difficulties and I explained this to Laura the store assistant. She was brilliant! So patient and helpful, she brought out some boots to try as well as some other options my sister might like. She is a great asset to the store and deserves recognition for her great customer service. My sister was thrilled with her boots - thank you Laura!

Great shoes, ordered extra for size and tried on in Rushden Lakes store upon collection. Young man staff member gave very helpful assistance, exemplary!

Jayden served me at the Rushden Lakes store. I was after a pair of shoes for work and he kindly got me 3 different sizes to try on. He was brilliant and attentive and also sold me some conditioning balm for the leather. This was my first time shopping in Clarks and I was really happy with the professional service. Looking forward to wearing my brogues to the office!

Jayden was a very lovely seller. He pay attention to details regarding my request. He offered my a large variety of shoes. He was very polite.

Courtney asked my granddaughter her name & engaged in age appropriate conversation with her. She also listened to me (Grandmother) & what my requirements were. She was polite, helpful & it was a pleasure to be served by her.
