We had Jack in Salisbury measure my son’s feet and help with my daughter too. He was absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and cheery and explained everything to the kids. Everything is so well prepared for what is obviously a busy time for the back to school rush. We were in and out within 30 minutes after trying on different styles for my son and came away with a happy boy as they had the ones in store that he wanted. I even managed to order my daughter some new trainers and got them sent to store as they weren’t in stock in the colour I wanted. Would highly recommend booking an appointment and a visit to this store.

One of the best experiences doing what is usually dreaded - buying school shoes!

We were helped by Sinead in Salisbury who was so helpful and put up with all our many requests, with a smile on her face! I would definitely reccomend and can’t thank her enough.

We visited Clarke's Salisbury branch on my husband's birthday to get him new shoes. Joely, our assistant, was very helpful and attentive regarding sizing and styles. We actually bought two pairs which are very comfortable and stylish. Would highly recommend this branch.

Oscar and Katrina were fantastic, making sure my 7 year old had a well fitting pair of school shoes that she also liked. They were so good at interacting with my daughter and made the whole process a positive experience.

Millie at Salisbury was so helpful! Had gone in for a pair of school shoes for 2 children, Millie was so accommodating for both children and went above and beyond. Highly recommend Millie for any more visits! Thank you!

We were helped by Millie. She was very helpful when we didn’t know what shoes to pick so she brought out many pairs of shoes and was patient with us. When we encountered a problem she easily fixed the problem. Overall, it was a great experience.

New school shoes needed and we where helped by the amazing Niamh in Salisbury branch. She made the process quick and efficient but most importantly she made my daughter smile. We always use Clarks Salisbury for shoes and the service is always excellent.

Shannon at the Salisbury Clarks store was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She went above and beyond to help my children find suitable school shoes and advised on insoles. She was very patient with the mother (me) who was desperately trying to sort shoes in a mat colour and get a military discount! Thank you Shannon for your complete patience and your sense of humour. I will definitely be revisiting the store and asking for Shannon to help us.
