We were served by Ama at the Stevenage store. She ensured that both our boys (9 and 5) had separate attention, throughly checked the sizing of shoes and made recommendations when the shoes our eldest wanted weren't in his size. She was great. We ended up buying more shoes than planned as kids were happy. (Late review as mislaid receipt).

Laura was extremely helpful and a breath of fresh air. Friendly, helpful and just what shopping experience should be. We have been to UCS before and they wouldn’t measure our son, handed the shoes to us and we about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot! Keep it up Clarkes

I came in with my son yesterday to get school shoes. He got very overwhelmed and was refusing to measure or try on any.
Cindy was very patient with my son and took it all at his pace and really made him enjoy the experience

Incredible Assistant!
The store assistant (Nicola) was fantastic with my autistic son who finds shoe shopping really traumatic. She was patient, calm and read the situation really well, giving us space when needed. We actually came away with a pair of shoes!!

Excellent service
Nicola was extremely helpful when I went into the shop with my daughter this afternoon. She was gentle and kind with her, with giving lots of different options. Other members of staff in the store also spoke to my daughter in a friendly and approachable manner, making the process of shopping with a 3 year old easy.
