Went into the Abbeycentre store today to see about buying my daughter new school shoes. Holly dealt with us, she was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and she helped my daughter make the right decision.Store very busy however Holly was totally focused on us. Hopefully she will enjoy strawberry juice as a well earned treat.

Calum was brilliant today and came away with three sets of shoes just due to his help and assistance. Calum went to stock room for particularly sizes for the shoes which made a difference for us. Thank you Clarks and especially to Calum. Cheshire Oaks Store.

Really disappointed with my recent experience of shoe fitting for my toddler. Sadly staff aren’t trained enough or correctly and my toddler is left with shoes that aren’t fitted properly.
Also had a poor interaction with customer service when I complained and was completely ignored when I asked for it to be dealt with by management.

We were served by Callum today and he was so friendly and efficient. He helped my little girl get measured and we picked her shoes. He’s great. Patient and kind. Couldn’t recommend Callum enough!

No at the middle brook store in Bolton did a great job. My daughter was in a mood and he handled it well. Nice bloke

I bought a pair of Clarks trainers which were reduced in price. Delivery cost of £2.95 which was fine and i paid that. When the trainers arrived, all good except the tongue of both trainers were long and stiff and pressed and rubbed against my ankle when walking (in the house). I filled in the return form giving the reason that they were unwearable for me (in my view, not of merchantable quality) and when the refund was calculated it deducted both the delivery charge and the return postage. I wrote to Clarks customer services saying that I accepted the cost of delivery as I'd agreed to that, but as the trainers were unsuitable to wear either because of fault or design, that I should not be charged the return cost. Clarks replied politely saying: " While we appreciate that, based on your experience, you believe this to be a fault, our returns process can only classify an item as faulty where a manufacturing defect has been identified following assessment. As the trainers were returned through our standard returns process and were not confirmed as faulty, the return fee was applied in line with our returns policy." The trainers are still in my possession and have not yet been returned, so the "decision" was made by Clarks not to refund postage without even seeing the trainers! I'm not going to argue those dismissive words, however as well as poor quality trainers, Clarks Customer Services, for the sake of £2.95, chose to ignore the fact that I was unable to keep and wear those trainers due to an uncomfortable trainer tongue rubbing on my ankles and opted to not refund the return delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill to a longstanding Clarks customer. Be aware that when you order from Clarks, you will pay delivery postage and also the return postage even if in your opinion, the goods are faulty. Poor quality trainers and in my view, poor quality customer service! My custom will go elsewhere now!

Emily was so professional. She measured my dauhhters feet carefully and explained the measurements. She went above and beyond to try to find us the size we needed in various stores and ordered them in for us. She was kind, polite and very knowledgeable. She is a credit to the Belfast store! Thank you Emily !

The help we received today for my daughter was great. She had her feet measured, both, and that made a difference when discussing shoe sizes. It was easy to find out what was in stock and my daughter had a great experience. Amat was very helpful and considerate

I was helped with 2 pairs of work smart shoes at the Grafton store by Mrs Webber. She was wonderful and made me walk in the shoes.

I went into the Peterborough store today and I was fabulously assisted by a lady named Krystle.
Her patience, knowledge and humour was unbeatable!
Didn't think I could find wide enough shoes, but she did!!
We tried on around 8 pairs in various sizes and widths...not once did she make me feel like a nuisance...so there for...purchase made...happy customer...thank you x

Thank you Amat for the fabulous fast and swift service in Ckarks Selly oak today for my little boys school shoes. He will be starting reception in September and glad to be all sorted.

My son needed new shoes for school so we visited the Loughborough store today. Nazira helped us pick a suitable pair from the mens section and was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I came away a very happy customer and my son loves his new school shoes.

My sandals I ordered online in the store got lost and had to get a refund. 4 times I tried to get though to customer service. Ayesha the store assistant was extremely helpful very nice to me, Ayesha sorted it out a credit to store. Fareham Whitely

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase from Clarks. I wore the shoes for my graduation for only one hour, and they already had marks and scratches all around the shoe. On top of that, the poor construction caused sharp cuts and blisters on my feet, making them completely unsafe to wear. I escalated this issue to customer care and then to management, but I have received no response at all. A product that arrives marked, deteriorates immediately, and causes injury should be taken seriously. The lack of communication has made the experience even more frustrating.

Booked an appointment for school shoes fitting at the Telford store. We were seen quickly by Helen. She was helpful and efficient and listened to my children when they talked about how the shoes felt when they were on. Pleased with the 2 pairs we bought. Thank you.

I had such a lovely experience at Clarks Romford yesterday and wanted to say a huge thank you to Vanessa for her amazing customer service.

I was shopping with my two children and was feeling quite exhausted, as anyone with kids knows how difficult it can be getting them to sit still and try shoes on! My son suddenly needed the toilet, and Vanessa was so kind and helpful. She happily stayed with my daughter and continued helping her try on shoes while I quickly took my son.

She was patient, friendly, understanding and went above and beyond to make everything so much easier for me. I really appreciated her kindness and the fantastic service she gave us.
