Great customer service
We took our 2 young boys for new school shoes. The shop was really busy and we were a little late for our appt, but our server Harris was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough in the measurement and fitting of our boys’ new school shoes. It was nice to feel valued and not rushed despite our poor time-keeping and the shop being so busy. Thank you.

Fantastic staff at Teesside Park
We booked an appointment for today, which was easy and online. In amongst the queues of people waiting all bookings were observed on time. We were assigned Harris, who was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and ensured the measurement of both childrens feet were spot on. He also was great when recommending shoes and fitting them. We didn't feel rushed and it was great, Thank you!
