Helen and the Telford store provided exceptional service, she was efficient, attentive and very helpful.

Went in today to find a shoe that would suitable for my feet as I have ongoing issues with my feet that are affecting my knee so I wanted to nake sure I was getting the best possible option. Was greeted by Helen and Calum who were beyond lovely and made sure i was looked after and got exactly what I wanted, honestly couldn't ask for better customer service!

Jackie was really helpful and very professional she went out of her way to make sure what we bought was what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. She even sold me a shoe horn! Fantastic Jackie thank you.

Thank you Helen for great service and help when buying my daughter new school shoes. And a bonus pair of boots from the sale!!! One happy 9 year old!!

Telford shopping centre branch are always fantastic. After having yet another bad experience at Wolverhampton branch (only went there due to time constraints and couldn't get to Telford) Nathan at Telford sorted my child out with new school shoes. Nothing was too much trouble, especially as it seemed I was going to be an awkward customer at the start. Nathan listened, took on board what I said and measured my child's feet correctly, without rush and methodically (unlike the Wolverhampton branch, where it seemed an effort and measured my child's feet a size too small!)
Thank you Nathan and the Telford store for always being the best local store for me (even though I travel to you from Wolverhampton) I can't recommend the Telford branch and staff enough. Thank you 😊

I visited the Telford store today with my elderly neighbour...The staff were extremely helpful and patient with us! (Thank you in particular to Helen!) We walked straight past the perfect pair of shoes - if we hadn't been so kindly approached we would have left very disappointed...Thank you again!!

Having brought my daughter school shoes in august I was shocked at the quality and they were failing apart by Christmas. I contacted Clarks customer service by webchat who advised me to take them back to store. Expecting as it was out of the return period they would say there was nothing they could do. However the customer service instore was brilliant. They straight away said we could choose a different pair. Measured my daughter’s feet again and allowed her to choose which style she wanted.

I am really impressed with our recent visit. Glen was very informative and has helped find the right pair of shoes for my son who is having a lot of pain in his feet. Thank you.

Helen at Telford Clarke’s is amazing with our Autistic 7 year old daughter. Patient understanding and helpful. She has served us on both occasions and each time our experience has gone smoothly and successfully!

Helen at Clarks in Telford was really helpful and very quick in finding the ideal shoes for my teenage son. would happily recommend and most certainly visit again.

I went into the Telford store for some new leather tan brogues and found the perfect shoe. I then selected a pair and left. Unfortunately due to wide feet the shoe size of a 9 fit my width but not my length so they started to rub. No fault of the first person who served me excellently Preet as I choose the size 9s. I returned to the store same day and explained to the manager Nathan my situation and immediately he know what the problem was and directed me to the same show but in a wide fit size 8.5 and once we confirmed this was what I needed we did a straight swap and all was sorted. Great customer service and I am very pleased.

I went to look for some shoes in your Telford store and was met by a lovely lady named Helen she was very friendly and helpful.

Had to return shoes due to fault, however Helen was most helpful and arranged for next day delivery of replacement and sorted everything very swiftly. Very helpful.

Helen who looked after my wife who is disabled, Helen was brilliant with her, nothing was too much trouble and found my wife some shoes she is over the moon with.
