Had a fantastic experience at the Uxbridge store when getting shoes for my three children. They’re teenagers so can be quite fussy but Sara was brilliant with them. She really went above and beyond to provide us with a positive stress free experience . She checked for each and every shoe they wished to try and provided us with alternatives if everything we wanted wasn’t available. She also suggested insoles for my daughter in an attempt to provide her with the shoes she really wanted to get and this worked. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She apologised if she had been a while as she was new but there was absolutely no need! She provided an amazing service and really made sure all our needs were met . It was brilliant customer service even more so considering she was a new member of staff!

Visited the store a couple days ago. One of the sale assistants Abrar was very helpful I was looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for the office just wasn’t sure what style I was looking for. He showed me multiple styles and helped me until I found the perfect pair.
Very good shop and even better staff! Would recommend!

I visited the store today to purchase my daughter's first pair of school shoes and I was helped by a gentleman called Aayoush who was so helpful. He measured my daughter's feet and got her a selection of shoes for her to try. He spoke to her just as much as he spoke to me which I really appreciate. The perfect first school shoe buyer experience. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from Mohvir at the Uxbridge shop. He was very patient with two back to school shoe fittings. Checked each shoe fitted perfectly & nothing was too much trouble. Great asset to the store.

The fella Abrar was just amazing and knew what he is doing. He made sure my son worn 2 pairs of school shoes to get the accurate fitting. And he was very well trained and very friendly Lad!!!!

Brilliant Service
Went to Uxbridge Clarks for measure of feet and to get school shoes. Was greeted straight away by Mohuir (Uxbridge) measured the children’s feet and had excellent customer service and was polite and friendly .

Rio was very helpful, finding me just the Chelsea boot I wanted from their new stock. A1 personalised service.

Popped in to get my daughter’s school shoes and was helped by a super trainee- Ashley. He explained straight away he was a trainee but his colleagues were there to support him and may check his measurements- which was totally not needed! He was really helpful, kind and well spoken to my daughter. Gave great advice and really knew his stuff. Great asset to your team.

I want to thank Rio in the uxbridge store, he was so patient with my 2 little boys while measuring thier feet. Rio is also so knowledgeable about the different types of shoes available. Excellent service. Thank you.

Came into the Uxbridge store today to get my children school shoes and was served by Simran who assisted us wonderful. Great customer skills and ensured us we bought the right pair, was also really friendly with my kids too making them feel at ease. Pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back to purchase some trainers!

Bought my daughter’s school trainers from Clarks Uxbridge High street. Lara was super helpful and very friendly. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience in the store. Great to see that staff bonding with the customer. Lara helped us choose the right shoe and my daughter was so happy that she wore the shoe for the rest of the day. Hope all retailers have the same attitude towards their customers.

I visited the Uxbridge store to pick our little boys first pair of shoes & Arif was the gentleman who served us. He was extremely helpful and very polite. He went out of his way during our visit and it I was able to see him greet everyone the way he greeted us. Lovely experience!

The gentleman in Uxbridge store (Airf) is exceptional. His customer service skills are honestly the best i have ever received and i have worked in customer service my entire working life. This young man is going to go far in his career path with the attitude he has. His work ethic is amazing and he deserves a pay rise.

I have had this piece of paper for the longest time and only just got around do doing this but thank you Dana for being so very wonderful. You helped me find a replacement for the exact same shoe I was after (which luckily was around the back and it was one of the last ones left). Thank you for taking the time and care to help me.

As always an excellent service provided ans no forced sale. Sam who assisted us provided valuable advice and made sure we were happy. No forced sale or promoting things we did not need.

I came to the Uxbridge branch to have my twins feet measured for school shoes. Surya was brilliant at recommending the right fit as my boys sizing was different to one another, she could not do enough and was so patient. I was really pleased and will return in the future
