Babita in Walthamstow helped me find my twins’ first shoes recently and was brilliant - really informed, kind and patient with my toddlers.

Visited Walthamstow branch and was surprised that they had available stock. My mother is a size 8 wide.
The sales assistant, Amiya, was pleasantly patient as I was shopping with my frail mother. We spent nearly half an hour looking for shoes, which we bought.

Line was superstar. She swiftly took size of my kids shoes and promptly got items from storeroom.

Lina checked my 8 and 3 year old daughters’ shoe sizes and helped them to choose shoes for school / nursery. She was friendly and patient with the girls.

Lina from the Walthamstow branch was very helpful. She took her time and gave my daughter comfortable school shoes.

Really good measuring and school shoe fitting with Kai and his manager in Walthamstow Mall this morning. Mum and kids both very happy with the school shoes and the fit :)

We visited the store in Walthamstow. We were served by Viktoria. She provided an amazing service. She went above and beyond to help us. All done with a positive attitude and with a beautiful smile. As we left my 11 year old son commented ‘that lady was very nice’.

Very helpful, friendly service from Babita with my two girls today. She helped find a way for a hand me down pair of shoes to fit one of them (insoles) instead of doing the hard sell on a new pair which was much appreciated when I also have to buy sandals for them both!
